I loved this hotel. This is everything I was looking for- barefoot all the time, in a bathing suit all the time, lots of privacy. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is great. Anyone with reviews that you have to walk to the bar to get a drink is very very lazy. It’s extremely close to the bar. And never waited more than 2 minutes to order a drink, I’ve waited much longer to get a drink delivered at other hotels. The gym was much better than we had anticipated and it was never in use.
Our room was perfect. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen and two bathrooms and balcony. It was clean and fully stocked and the balcony view was great. Our friends had rooms in the side of the hotel looking at the construction which was not so great. To me, I think it’s nice there’s different price points at the hotel for rooms. That made our group trip affordable.
Two things in these other reviews are true and are why I knocked a star off:
1) there’s not enough food at this hotel. Meals are served at odd intervals and there are no snacks anywhere in between. You have to leave the hotel. For example, from 11-1 on Sunday there was no food anywhere. We did not do the all inclusive so we weren’t mad, just inconvenienced. We did eat at the hotel one night and found it delicious but very slow.
2) a lot of people use this hotel who are not staying at the hotel. This means that getting a chair on the beach or the pool can be challenging. For us, this didn’t bother us much as we got up early and dropped a towel on the chair. However, it was a consideration when waking so I can understand the frustration of some that access is inequitable.
All in all would definitely go back

The hotel was more shabby than chic, but the staff were very friendly. There is a major building going on to the side for extension to the hotel, so make sure you are not booked in that side as we were. We were moved poolside after two days, which was fine .
Service was very slow of an evening due to lack of staff which I had corrected.
The entertainment was adequate, but everything seemed to close down after 10.30pm.
So if you wanted to drink on you had to go out of the hotel.
Summing up, the hotel needs a revamp in various areas but the beach was lovely and swimming beautiful.

Great Family-Friendly Beachside Resort
Our experience at this charming beachside resort was exceptional. It’s the perfect spot for families, especially with children in tow. The resort might be small, but it's location right on the beach can't be beat for convenience.
One of the highlights for our kids was the set of inflatable trampolines floating on the water, which provided endless fun and entertainment. It was a joy to see them play safely while we relaxed.
The culinary offerings at the resort were impressive. Each meal was delicious, showcasing a variety of flavors that satisfied both adults and kids alike. Complementing the delectable food was the impeccable service we received throughout our stay. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, enhancing our overall experience.
In summary, this resort combines an intimate setting with fantastic amenities, making it a fantastic choice for families looking to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday. Local people are super friendly

Nice hotel on a great beach! Staff was lovely and room and amenities were great! Only critique was they had limited beach chairs so if that is important to you ( and might be when choosing a beach resort) plan accordingly/ arrive early !

First off this place is WAY too expensive for what little they offer!
Unlike most other all inclusives, this place does NOT offer any type of snacks or ice cream, hamburgers, pizza or anything throughout the day as there is only 1 bar at facility and good luck getting a drink when bar is crowded!!!
There are no servers on the beach to bring drinks so this means you need to walk all the way to the ONLY bar to get a drink and then carry them back with you only to spill most of them as you struggle to walk through sand and around 100s of people on beach who are all jammed together like sardines because beach is so narrow and its shared with every other hotel within a 10 mile radius!!!
The lunches are normally buffet style with carribean type foods ONLY and if your ok with spicy chicken or fish thats your only meat option or you can request a menu which offers hamburgers along with other spicy carribean foods that you most likely wont want either!!!
Breakfast is ok as at least that buffet has some breads for toasting and a place to have omelettes made along with other hot items that do not exactly go with breakfast foods but you may want to eat it at 7 or 8am depending on how hungry you are from last nights dinner which is yet another experience you will want to soon forget about!!!!
Dinner?
Oooo boy dinner!!!
630pm begins dinner and good luck getting out of dinner within 2 or 3 hours as it is the slowest process you will ever encounter as we normally waited anywhere from 1 hour to 90 or more minutes for our meal and most times the orders were messed up with foods missing or cooked incorrectly or simply too spicy to even eat and the wait for drinks and or desserts was just as long!!!
Throughout the course of your all inclusive stay you will also be sharing all the amenities of this facility along with other guests from sister properties which make it even more crowded, more longer wait times and to be honest it's NOT really quite fair that while we pay high prices for our all inclusive we also have to share amenities with 100s of outsiders which means way less beach spots available, way too many people in lines for buffet and it's just not really fitting as those people should have their own buffets, and their own beach/pool areas but it's not like that which really makes the place way too crowded!!
The overall experience is NOT what most will expect from a pretty expensive all inclusive as there is NOT any activities to do and the swim pool area while its quite large has only 15-20 lounge chairs available its almost impossible to get chairs to sit by pool and thats pretty upsetting because as mentioned the beach is always packed with people mere inches away from one another and by 9am there is no chairs or umbrellas available and your pretty screwed!!!
If your seeking a quiet, romantic escape where you dont mind waiting forever for service and would enjoy long quiet stays in your room then this place is great for you,
If your seeking activities, partying and having fun times with others like dancing and outdoor games then this place is NOT for you!!!
If your looking to enjoy new foods of different varities this place is NOT for you either!!!
Overall our room is gorgeous and clean and quiet which is great but outside of the room theres really not much upside to this facility that raises the bar and on a scale of A-E with E being terrible I would rate this place D+ - C- overall...
