Location amazing, service and staff are great. Entertainment is amazing. Rooms are good but not sure they're worth the money we paid, we've paid less elsewhere and had much nicer rooms before. The hotel is very very clean and smells lovely. Would go back if it was a cheaper price. We paid £3300 as we upgraded to prestige star. Very child friendly. Rooms could do with sound proofing as could hear entertainment at ten pm at night so was hard getting the baby to sleep.

We just returned from an incredible 9-night stay at this truly excellent hotel and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us, with fantastic kids’ activities, a beautiful pool area, evening entertainment and enough space to relax and enjoy. The staff were all lively and lovely people. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always offering a helping hand and making us feel welcome. Our room was clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to keep both adults and kids satisfied. The location is ideal — opening out onto a stunning beach, nearby to shops, and many great local amenities and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday – we will definitely be back!

Great for family holiday. Kids friendly. Excellent food selection, though the restaurant (self-service both at breakfast and dinner) gets quite crowded during the meals. Be prepared that rooms facing the pool are subject to the noise of the music throughout the day and especially in the evening entertainment. But the view of the pool and the sea surely puts you in the holiday mood 😉

Fantastic stay! Would fully recommend. Great location- right on the clean, gorgeous sandy beach. Super, caring, friendly & helpful staff... a special shout out to all restaurant staff, customer representative Leidy, all the awesome chefs & waiters - Pedro, Pep Pou, Maria José, Angel, Camilo and all other staff whose names I may not have caught and mentioned..you are all so appreciated! It was wonderful to experience how good natured you are and how well you look after your customers. Loved the clean charming atmosphere, wonderful room, very comfortable bed & pillows too!

This is a nice hotel, still it seems a little overrated while we checked the reviews. The staff is really nice and the rooms decent. It seemed though there are too many rooms for the facilities provided, the outside pool was rather crowded and the water was freezing cold, the inside pool is small so to put any place to leave the towel also with really cold water. In order to enjoy breakfast or dinner you better go at the end of servicing hours for the place not to be crowded. The playground have 3 attractions to serve 5 kids tops, the playground for 0-3 kids is rather a 3x3 meters joke than any actual place for kids.
