We spent 4 days there with all inclusive service. We really enjoyed it, it was a pleasant experience. The room was big and clean, with quite a big balcony with a view to an inner yard with palm and pine trees everywhere.
the staff was very nice and helpful, they prepared nice cocktails for us in the evenings. The restaurant's menu changed thematically every day, the food was fresh and of excellent quality. The poolside was spacey, with enough sunbeds for the guests.
It was exactly the experience we wanted for these few days. We came home well rested and relaxed and are already planning a trip to the same place next summer. :)

It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. We only stayed for 1 night as we were passing through to our final destination. The hotel is tidy although some parts, such as hallways, are in need of a revamp. Breakfast was satisfactory although it’s a lot of the same options. The room was more than suitable for a family of 4 to share and the storage hallway inside the room and the balcony were an added bonus. The room was tidy and fairly clean but could do with a bit of refreshing. No immediate attractions nearby but a large supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is mostly good, location is far from the beaches so you'll need a way of transportation. There is a bus station close, sometimes free busses to Palma. Still, the surrounding are good, nice neibourhood, quiet place to have your vacation.
Breakfast needs a bit of improvement, most problemes are from the lack of employees.
Dinner was great each night, totally 5 stars for the dinner.
The room was clean, towels changed daily.
Overall it's a great hotel, we had great 11 nights time!

My family and I stayed here for ten nights in September 2024 and the level of service from all staff was excellent.
In the restaurant the dinner was really nice and not boring at all. We ate suckling pig, pork belly, rack of pork ribs, beef steak, lamb chops, whole roast duck, chicken skewers, handmade hamburgers made of a mixture of fresh pork and beef mince, donner kebab, chicken curry, serano ham, beef stew, Morocco style lamb. We also ate lobster, crab, langoustine, muscles, snales, plaice, cod, hake, crab claws. There was Indian night, Chinese night, Mexican night, Spanish night, Turkish night, Moroccon night. So many different themes and different choices.
It was the first time in many years that we did not become bored of the food by the end of the ten days. All of the staff in the kitchen were friendly and helpful but I would like to give particular praise to a member of staff named Evelyn. Shortly after our arrival there was a difficult incident at the show cooking, with a cook that did not speak fluent English. The incident was stressing the cook and myself due to the communication barrier. Evelyn quickly saw what was happening and immediately came to assist us and defuse the situation. Over the comming days she really stood out as an intelligent member of staff that understands people's psychology and understands how to find practical solutions.
The animation team were also amazing. They were mostly French as there is a lot of French tourists at the hotel. They made an extra special effort with our family to include us in the activities and repeat instructions in English. I would like to single out one member of the animation team for extra praise but honestly when all of them were so great this is impossible. We attended all of the activities and games and spent time with each and every member of the animation team. They are all amazing, very hard working and have flawless manners. Thank you to the animation team every single one of you, you made our holiday special.
The reception team each and every one of you were also flawless in your manners and customer service. We had several issues that required receptions assistance. Each and every issue was dealt with efficiently and with perfect manners. I am sorry I can't single one of you out for extra praise because truthfully you were all 1st class. Thank you. Also thank you to the night security man the night I could not sleep due to the full moon. The cup of coffee was much appreciated.
Overall an excellent stay and we would definitely return to this hotel. My only small criticism would be the system of ordering drinks at the evening bar. This is honestly total madness and inefficient. Basically you are not allowed to order drinks at the bar. You must remain seated and wait for table service.
The staff are friendly but sometimes it takes too long for drinks to arrive as the bar staff are being asked to do double the work. Leave the bar staff behind the bar, make the guests go to the bar for their drinks. This will result in less work load for the bat staff and faster more efficient delivery of drinks in to guests hands. It's a no brainer. In addition drinks orders are getting lost and forgotten and customers are walking away without paying, costing the hotel money. I still owe the bar for two beers and one sangria. If you tell me not to pay at the bar and go back to my seat when I am ready to leave then what do you expect? A slow, costly, inefficient system, that overworks the friendly bar staff.

The rooms were lovely and spacious and were cleaned very often. Massive stress on how amazing the animation team are! Our holiday would have never been as good as it was without them they were very polite and always made us get up and have the most fun, I will always remember them. We have made friends for life and I am sad to leave. The location of the hotel is a very pretty landscape area however the distance from everything and anything else is quite far so if you plan to stay here know that you will be traveling for everything. Overall very impressed.
