Clean and spacious room. Very nice staff. There is direct bus from the airport to the hotel (bus stop it 2minutes walk). Generally nice hotel located close to the beach, local shops and restaurants, but if you are looking for calm and relaxing accommodation, look elsewhere. Food below average, everyday the same stuff: - For breakfast watery baked beans, some eggs, sliced cheeses and sandwich meats, chopped veggies. - For lunch and dinner dry meats drawn in sauce, which in fact didn’t help to hide how poorly made the food was, chips, mash potatoes, vegetables and salads. Nothing of the food was ever seasoned. It seemed that the meals were supposed to be adapted to the English part of the guests, but I heard that even they complained. During our 10nights stay, I believe, only once there was a themed cuisine, and food then was actually very nice. Restaurant maintained very clean. Still, we ended up eating outside the hotel. Due to the new laws 3 alcoholic beverages were provided during the lunch and dinner. Any additional needs to be pay for. For me not really all inclusive, but I don’t blame hotel here. No free access to the coffee or tea, it’s provided at the bar and often it was necessary to queue up. I don't recommend it, simply because of the terrible food.

We visited the Martinique Hotel in late October during the off-season, which, in hindsight, wasn’t the best choice. The weather was quite changeable (mostly rough), and most shops were either closed or empty, so I’d recommend avoiding this period if possible. That said, the hotel did its best to make our stay enjoyable despite the conditions. The Halloween celebrations were particularly entertaining, with the staff dressed in costumes and scary makeup, and the feature pool above the reception transformed into a "blood bath"—a creative touch we absolutely loved! The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the receptionists being especially helpful and enthusiastic, particularly the Hungarian lady. One suggestion for the management would be to reconsider the breakfast offerings. It felt as though the hotel had sacrificed its culinary heritage for Western tourists, as I rarely came across traditional Spanish dishes, which was a shame. I believe tourists would appreciate the chance to explore local flavours. However, I should note we didn’t try the dinner, which might have included these. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would recommend it, even though the weather during our stay wasn’t ideal.

This hotel has great staff and is in a good location. Sadly that is all the positives. The food at lunch and dinner is dire. No salad dressing and all meat except pork served on the bone and fatty! Very little flavour to the dishes and the chicken noodle soup tasted of pasta water. Limited choice and did not see any vegan options at all! The breakfast is the better meal but some of this is served cold and burnt. The rooms are spacious but shabby and the cleaning team do not clean! The beds are rock hard and for some reason our third bed was not even made when we arrived at 2am! The pool does not open until 10am so you are not even allowed out there to enjoy the morning sun before this time. Many of the sun beds are in the shade so if you want a sun bed in the sun at 10am, you have to do an Olympic sprint to secure one. We booked before the law changed on the 1st June so we were not privy to the full all inclusive (no one thought to mention this) and we were not even asked if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived (we wouldn’t have bothered and preferred to spend our money in the resort). Frankly this is a three star hotel at best and the price should reflect this. Would not recommend and will not be returning!

Food wasn't to my expectation, I've paid less for holidays and had much more choice, it was 2/5 at best. We ended up having to swap rooms due to the ceiling leaking in the bedroom after a storm. Service/people was probably the best bit, can't really fault any of the staff there. I wouldn't rate this place If you're travelling with kids, no entertainment on an evening, no kids club.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I did not have the same experience as all the negative reviews Excellent location, not too far from the strip. Being close to the strip, there was a few drunk people but this was barely an issue and only really on Friday night. Food was decent for an all inclusive, but don't expect crazy high quality (I really enjoyed the Mexican night and Chinese night). Rooms were nice, although the pillows were a bit weird and uncomfortable. All the staff were lovely (shout out to Santi who remembered my vodka diet coke order!) Pool was nice and not crazy busy (in September), although the life guards were very strict with music even though other guests wanted music. Overall I do recommend.
