Friendly staff, clean apartment, fabulous views, easy walk to the caves and town cafes and BEACH. Air con worked, pool clean and free towels to use was brilliant.
Buffet breakfast was good, was slightly disappointed by the evening meal if you have fussy eaters as only 3 choices - one meat one fish or one veg dish, most dishes were lovely but some missing something (mainly veg or side salad).
Would definitely go again but probably B&B not HB with a fussy eater as loads of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful hotel with excellent views. Absolutely worth paying for a marina view with balcony - the balconies also have sunbeds which has completely elevated the stay. The staff were lovely. There were some electricals issues while we were here including a lift which is not working so for that reason I wouldn't advise for those with significant mobility issues.

I have to admit I was shocked to see good reviews for this place because we had an awful experience.
To start off with the good elements, the views from the harbour facing apartments are really great. Best in Porto Cristo. Also it’s good that there is a car park (10EUR per day) but we got a space out the front which was free. Also the restaurant is in a nice setting too. We can’t comment on the dinner because we ate elsewhere. The terrace we had was absolutely huge, so that was a great surprise.
However, we were so disappointed at the levels of cleanliness in our room. It hadn’t been swept or mopped so there was black hair, dust and bits of food in every room (see photos). Also the sink in the bathroom had hair in it and the toilet was dirty. We alerted reception and we asked for the apartment to be deep cleaned and, in fairness, the lady spent a long time doing it properly but we were then without a room for 2 hours. Even afterwards the door handles and cupboard fronts had smears/ finger prints/ hand marks on them so I don’t think they are included in their routine clean which is horrible.
Secondly, our balcony door didn’t lock so we had to call maintenance and also our shower didn’t work. We could use the small handheld shower head (that didn’t have a bracket) but not the rainfall one. We were dismissed by reception when we asked for it to be fixed and they just said “it was broken by the last guests” and they didn’t do anything about it. So generally we found the facilities were not up to standard for the money. I think they’re crafty because it 100% is not 4 star, and some signs around the hotel indicate that’s it’s actually 3 star…. So just be aware of what you’re paying for. But regardless of this levels of hygiene shouldn’t drop.
We were given 2 free breakfasts as an apology and it was fine- very very basic. We couldn’t believe people were paying 12 or 14 Euros for it.
So the hotel did address some concerns but not all, and we were overall pretty gutted that we could have been elsewhere for the same money.

Rooms are spacious and have lovely views. Location is lovely and very easy to get out to restaurants and bars, the beach, caves and markets. Very peaceful at night. Nice reception staff and hotel in generally nice condition.
This hotel is not a 4 star however it is a 3 star based on the facilities. The pool is not heated, it was freezing and to be honest unusable mid September. If you are going here mid August or July then it may have been ok. Sunbeds are fine and plenty of them, annoyingly though the pool doesn’t open until 10am. So you can’t sit down by the pool until then. That may not be an issue if you like to sleep in, we took the opportunity to be lazy and lie in everyday however if you are early birds looking to have breakfast earlier, be prepared to be bored for an hour or two if you want to just chill by the pool straight away. The cleanliness of the rooms are questionable, the cleaning service each day has been sub par and disappointing. They make your bed and that’s it. No actually cleaning went on. The restaurant has nice food but don’t expect lots and lots of choice, this being said there are so many other restaurants around that this is unlikely to be an issue. The lift is broken so don’t expect to get assistance with your case on arrival up to the 4th floor! It is very very basic in this hotel, if you want nice facilities, any form of entertainment or atmosphere, good clean rooms and comfortable beds then this may not be the place for you. I would say you get what you pay for and I am not disappointed to be here based on a cheap getaway by the sea with my partner. It’s a basic fly and flop hotel for people that don’t want to do much. Cocktails are nice and bar staff are lovely!

Location is great, the view of the inlet is lovely & very relaxing. Very comfortable beds & bathroom, nice to have the room cleaned each day. Terrace is a very good size & nearby (paid) hotel parking is very useful esp as we spent a lot of time around cala aguila.
We came self catering & for cooking & prep, the kitchen space is a little too small & awkward, esp with the sliding doors.
Many of the dishes & pans too large but did have a kettle & toaster. Sadly no nespresso or cafetière, just something old, & dirty which we didn’t know how to use - they called it a drip????
