We had a great time with the family! The hotel territory is really large, providing enough space for everyone. Despite the hotel being full, it never felt crowded. There is access to a beautiful cove for swimming, along with various swimming pools. The food quality and variety were excellent, catering to children, adults, and vegetarians alike. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the desserts and pastries were. Overall, the price and quality relationship was very good. I would love to come back!

On behalf of Kelly Clarke August 2024 We have just got back from a week all inclusive in the beautiful Iberostar Club Cala Barca hotel. Honestly from the moment we arrived at the hotel we knew we had made the right decision to go there, the hotel was flawless with a crisp and clean image! We had a really quick and easy check in procedure and our holiday went very seam free and perfect from there onwards. We travelled as a family of 4, but we had two other families who we went with so overall there was 11 of us in total. Our children ages are 1,3,5 and two 6 year olds. There was something for everyone!! All of the staff were super friendly and our children loved the staff in the kids star camp!! (5 star experience) we have never used a kids club before but it felt so comfortable and at ease leaving them. Special mention to Pani, our children took a real shine to him and he was fantastic at delivering the best customer service possible, he always seemed super busy but still had time to chat with the children and give out a few high 5’s! The premises are fantastic there was ongoing activities all day which had a variety of things on offer from exercise classes to making fossils in the kids club. We loved the app and it was very easy to use and plan your day. There was no problems getting a nice spot by the pools even when we were requiring 6 sun loungers together, the hotel was prepared for the demand and it made the experience much more enjoyable as there is nothing worse than fighting for a sunbed! We loved the beach restaurant (I would recommend booking that as soon as as you arrive) as the slots soon fill up quickly. All of the restaurants were beautiful though and we spent equal amounts of time in them all experiencing lots of different foods. We absolutely loved it and I really wanted to write a review because I didn’t have a bad word to say about it! In fact, If we hadn’t already planned a big trip next year I would confidently say that I would have booked right there and then for next year! If you are on the fence, book it, you won’t regret it!

We’ve just got back from a lovely holiday! The hotel is huge and clean, the staff that work here are constantly tidying up and the grounds are kept well maintained. We stayed in a family room and it was great for us , well maintained and you can get your room cleaned daily, fresh bedding and towels. Great entertainment for the little ones! The food has lots of choice and is fresh. Definitely try the beach restaurant, lovely setting and great view. Nice little beach area! The bus stops outside the hotel so that you can venture off to the nexts towns. You can rent beach towels so it saves space in your suitcase and less washing when you get home. Little shops on site so you can buy stuff but be prepared if you have small children because they will want everything. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back .

We've just got back from 8 nights here with our 3 and 4 year old and they had the best time. There was so much to do and you could tell a lot of effort goes into the entertainment. We really enjoyed the Rock night and the children liked watching the Frozen show although 9:30 we felt was quite late for the kids, as ours were very tired by this time since they don't nap. I did like that they do mini disco by the pool for the children at 5:30pm so the younger ones don't miss out on that and it was always fun and exciting for the kids. The water carpet was really fun and the inflatables. Our kids enjoyed the 'giant bubble' but it was tough to take them on it at times as it gets quite busy with a lot of kids and becomes a bit dangerous for the younger ones with the older ones bounding down. The rooms are clean and minimal but with everything you need. We had a microwave which I've never had in a room before but felt it was worth mentioning for anyone with babies who need bottles sterilising! We didn't explore every inch of the hotel grounds admittedly but wish we did, definitely download the app to help get the best out of your stay and know what's going on and when. We mostly stuck by the pools with the little flumes and slides as our kids just loved to play there all day and the depth was perfect for them to play freely whilst we watched from the sunbeds for some of it. If you want a good spot by the pool, you will need to be up early. After a couple of days here, I quickly caught on to how things go and had to queue by the gate to the pools from 8am and they were usually opened between 8:15-8:30. The food trucks were a massive hit for lunch as it meant we didn't need to get dressed and go into the buffet. The food truck meals were good and we also enjoyed the cakes being sold from 4pm! Drinks are easy to just go and get whenever you like and I felt the drink choices including brands was great within the all inclusive. The main restaurant does get quite busy in the morning but food was always to a good standard and there was always variety. Our room was directly above the restaurant so of a morning, we would hear chairs being pulled around and noises from the kitchen but it wasn't a bad thing to be up early enough to seize the day! The park was good for the children and there was a small beach easily accessible from the hotel where you can hire canoes. You can catch the bus right outside of the hotel, just make sure you tap your debit card when you hop off the bus as well as on and do one tap per person so you get charged the correct fare. A taxi seemed to be cheaper but you have to call them as they won't stop if you wave them down. Overall we had a lovely stay with the children, it was quite busy and chaotic so I wouldn't imagine it's the most relaxing place for people without kids but to each their own and must say it was well managed at a busy time of year :) thanks for a lovely stay!

Not long returned from a family holiday and what a fantastic holiday it was. Resort was lovely, kept very clean and all the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a family room which was a good size. Huge double bed and a sofa bed in the room. Kids loved the pools especially the dome which they spent most of their time bouncing off!! Lots of other pools to choose from too. Loads of bars around the resort so not far to go for a cold drink. Restaurants were great. We ate in the main buffet restaurant and Mexican. Great choice in each and different everyday. Loads of activities throughout the day and evening entertainment great. Would definitely recommend
