I stayed with two of my friends for a much needed holiday, Fontanellas did not disappoint! We had a 1 bed apartment with sea view, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and there was lots of spare pillows and duvets available if they were required. The staff on reception were extremely welcoming, Herbert in particular, who was the one to check us in, which started the stay on a very positive note, he was very kind, welcoming and informative - nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast included in our stay and wow, what an amazing spread! You honestly couldn’t ask for more - continental with many types of pastries, breads, rolls etc. hot selection, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruits, coffee etc, we were spoilt for choice. The beach was a stones throw away and the area was beautiful and just what we were looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others, I just wish we were still there!

This is our second visit, this year, to this hotel. The situation could not be better as a hire car, from airport, is not necessary. A 15min journey from airport and 2 min walk to hotel from bus stop. A regular bus timetable to Palma runs all day.
Also, it’s only a 1 min walk to the beach, which we used every day as the pool area was very busy with the ‘usual suspects’ securing sunbeds early morning, arriving sometime later to claim their towelled beds😖
Room very good although air conditioning weak and shower design defies logic.
Restaurant and food excellent, although our outside dining experience was totally ruined by smokers. This is an extension to the eating area and smoking should, not only be discouraged, but banned. Sharing my breakfast and dinner, with cigarette smoke, is not acceptable😖😖
I don’t wish to leave this review with a negative as overall our stay at this hotel fits most of our holiday requirements.

Rooms are great, sensors on lights show eco thinking, very nice pleasant place, staff are great very helpful and polite. Food is very good with a great spread and variety, something to suit everyones taste. Poolside and sunbeds also very good and you have the privacy of your own balcony terrace if you wish. Oh and all with a sea view, brilliant! Would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, very well located and perfect for a family vacation. We stayed in a junior suite, very comfortable and spacious. The view to the beach was great.
We selected half board and we did not regret it, as the food was wonderful.
The staff was friendly and efficient, they helped us in several different occasions (booking tickets to the aquarium or the little train, for e.g.).
The swimming pools were nice, namely the one reserved for little children. In the evening, we were pleased to watch a parrot show and a little circus show by the pool, accompanied by a nice chill out music session.
The only thing that we may point out as negative was the sometimes weak WiFi signal.

To start with positive things, hotel has nice view on the see, spacious common areas with a lot of light, there are even real sailing boats as an exhibition.. Every evening you can enjoy some life music or program for the kids. Breakfast is Ok, Staff was also Ok (just cleaning ladies are entering the rooms without knocking.. )
In general I can say that room equipment, furniture and pool area stuff is functioning. Nearby is small grocery store if you need to buy something so that can save the situation..
However I didn't have impression that room was clean, time to time I needed to kill some insects in bathroom, shower was leaking because of the water insulation gap, bathroom light was on sensor so you got full hit when you went there in the night.. ouch. And last but not least.. central Air-conditioning needs complete reconstruction because smells and I got completely sick of it :(
We will definitely don't come back..
