We stayed here for 3 nights end of September. Staff are very friendly. And hotel is right next to the beach. We visited with our two kids 5 and 8 yrs old. You can sit by the pool and watch over them on the beach. Beach is lovely make sand castles. Our room was good too, we stayed in sea view apartment, which was perfect for the size of our family. They made two single beds in the living room out of the sofa beds. The breakfast was good but dinner, the buffet was boring. So we ate out the other two nights. There are no decent restaurants near the hotel, you need to walk 15 minutes to get to the marina area of Can Pastilla. Hence why I have given the 4 star rating. The staff at the pool bar are really nice with an ok lunch menu. Nothing exotic, pizzas, burgers, pasta, etc etc. We had a great time whilst at the hotel and are already looking to book the hotel for our August holiday.

Upon arrival Joan checked me in. He was very pleasant and was able to answer all of my questions. The next day I was having trouble ordering food and Nerea assisted me with an app. She was very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The common areas are clean annd well kept. It was right on the beach so in the early morning a quiet walk is steps outside of the door. There are lots of restaurants and little shopping places too. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.

I stayed with two of my friends for a much needed holiday, Fontanellas did not disappoint! We had a 1 bed apartment with sea view, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and there was lots of spare pillows and duvets available if they were required. The staff on reception were extremely welcoming, Herbert in particular, who was the one to check us in, which started the stay on a very positive note, he was very kind, welcoming and informative - nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast included in our stay and wow, what an amazing spread! You honestly couldn’t ask for more - continental with many types of pastries, breads, rolls etc. hot selection, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruits, coffee etc, we were spoilt for choice. The beach was a stones throw away and the area was beautiful and just what we were looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others, I just wish we were still there!

This is our second visit, this year, to this hotel. The situation could not be better as a hire car, from airport, is not necessary. A 15min journey from airport and 2 min walk to hotel from bus stop. A regular bus timetable to Palma runs all day. Also, it’s only a 1 min walk to the beach, which we used every day as the pool area was very busy with the ‘usual suspects’ securing sunbeds early morning, arriving sometime later to claim their towelled beds😖 Room very good although air conditioning weak and shower design defies logic. Restaurant and food excellent, although our outside dining experience was totally ruined by smokers. This is an extension to the eating area and smoking should, not only be discouraged, but banned. Sharing my breakfast and dinner, with cigarette smoke, is not acceptable😖😖 I don’t wish to leave this review with a negative as overall our stay at this hotel fits most of our holiday requirements. We will return😎

The Hotel location, Staff/Service and Food (Half Board, Breakfast/Dinner) were absolutely incredible. The Christmas Eve dinner was the best Half Board dinner I have ever had anywhere across the 29 countries I have visited.
