The rooms (I have had the Junior Deluxe Suite) was absolutely amazing. A lot of space and a nice view. Unfortunately you can hear really everything. Even with windows closed I heard the sea (which is quite nice, cannot deny that, but don't want to know how this is in the high season then with all the people outside). The breakfast was quite okay. Fresh orange juice and fruits were a highlight. The coffee war horrible. Did not taste like coffee for me so I switched over to tea. The location is for those who want to be right in the middle of Ballermann and Co. absolutely brilliant. You have a lot of bars/ restaurants around and you can run/walk quite far. What I want to point out very positive: The hotel refunded me some night, as I have had to leave earlier. This is absolutely not naturally and my biggest thanks therefore. Depending on what you want and what you need I would say it is a good accommodation.

This is my first experience in this hotel. It was a total disaster. The whole hotel smells like a hospital even at the breakfast room. There were women spraying antiseptic fluid on the tables. The breakfast was rubbish. The dinner was rubbish. The staff the reception was so unfriendly and totally arrogant. I had a junior suite and it smelt like a toilet. It was disgusting and I will never go back to this hotel ever again anybody that’s taken a look at this hotel please don’t go because you’ll be totally unsatisfied. Furthermore, the whole place was dirty it was smelly and it was just unbelievable satisfying and I will never go back again. It was absolute rubbish.

Jips Bak
Great place, the staff is really nice. If you travel with kids, there is a "game" room, a covered swimming pool and in the evening around 8o'clock there are almost everyday day some activities like Disco Night for kids and different circus/music/dance shows. The hotel is near the airport but don't hear the planes. Don't miss the aquarium which is at a 2 min walk away. This aquarium is just amazing! and very big! If you want to go to the center, the busstop is in front of the hotel and it's only 20min away. Personnally, a major point to be considered, is that you won't see or hear any local people around (except the staff/working people) as there is a 90% of German presence, all year long! The buffet (morning and evening) is very diversified.

We stayed here for 3 nights end of September. Staff are very friendly. And hotel is right next to the beach. We visited with our two kids 5 and 8 yrs old. You can sit by the pool and watch over them on the beach. Beach is lovely make sand castles. Our room was good too, we stayed in sea view apartment, which was perfect for the size of our family. They made two single beds in the living room out of the sofa beds. The breakfast was good but dinner, the buffet was boring. So we ate out the other two nights. There are no decent restaurants near the hotel, you need to walk 15 minutes to get to the marina area of Can Pastilla. Hence why I have given the 4 star rating. The staff at the pool bar are really nice with an ok lunch menu. Nothing exotic, pizzas, burgers, pasta, etc etc. We had a great time whilst at the hotel and are already looking to book the hotel for our August holiday.

Windy Pool
Upon arrival Joan checked me in. He was very pleasant and was able to answer all of my questions. The next day I was having trouble ordering food and Nerea assisted me with an app. She was very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The common areas are clean annd well kept. It was right on the beach so in the early morning a quiet walk is steps outside of the door. There are lots of restaurants and little shopping places too. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.
