We loved our stay here!
ParkRoyal has thought of everything. The pool area is well maintained and well designed to ensure everyone is catered to. The room was nice clean and modern with an amazing view. The pool area upstairs was lovely for quiet relaxation. The food at the restaurant was great and breakfast buffet was very good. The stay here are very polite and professional, they were all really helpful and friendly during our stay. We can’t wait to come here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Langkawi.

5 stars for sure. It was expansive but worth every penny that you spent for the room and services. Near to beach and water world aquarium. Customer service is superb 👌. Informed last minute to prepare to surprise my hubby 🎂 . They did that even though, not as big. The best part is the swimming 🏊♀️ pool and child friendly.
Breakfast definitely, I will give 5 stars. From 7-10.30am.
Overall, over the expectations from the front desk to room.
I will go there again. 😅

Amazing property, highly recommended for families. Thank you Mr. Aziman for making the kids feel so welcome every day. We love the easy access to the airport and beach town. The deluxe ocean view room with the giant tub was a hit with the kids. And the suite was the best hotel stay we have ever had. We can't wait to be back!

Our stay at this resort was truly disappointing. Although the hotel markets itself as a 5-star establishment, the experience falls short in several critical areas. The breakfast offerings are mediocre at best, nothing beyond the ordinary. However, two major issues severely impacted our stay:
1. Construction Noise: There is an active construction site right next to the hotel, making it impossible to enjoy any peace. The constant noise drowns out the sounds of the sea and disrupts the tranquility one would expect from a beach resort.
2. Beach Conditions: The beach is nearly nonexistent. While a few sunbeds are available, the area is poorly maintained, with cigarette butts scattered around and no regular cleaning. Adding to the disappointment, there’s a sign prohibiting swimming, leaving guests with only the pool as an option. Unfortunately, the pool area has limited sunbeds, making it hard to find a spot to relax.
Overall, the experience was far from what we expected, given the hotel’s claims and rates.

Modern hotel with beautiful lounge area. We had the deluxe ocean view room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Has all the nice amenities, pool, and great selection for breakfast. Offers lunch and dinner but didn't have this included. Located next to a quieter beach but just down the road is the more popular beach to enjoy some dinner and fire shows. Rooms were clean and staff super friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
