Beautiful resort. Set up in 35 acres of land parcel, it's a huge huge place. Best to book this if you want to relax and enjoy the resort. 2 huge pools for you to enjoy. A mini zoo is also there, but not great. Food is awesome. Pelangi Grill by the beach is awesome for breakfast and dinner. The resort is on the beach, so access is easy. Water sports is very close by, just next to the resort.

We enjoyed our stay here. 2 adults and 2 kids. My youngest and I are September celebrants. On our second day, we were given a surprise birthday dessert platter. The kids also enjoyed going to the mini petting zoo to feed the goats and rabbits. It was quiet in the morning, kids loved to have the pool all by themselves. View is so nice at the Pelangi grill, great to have breakfast there too with the view.

Overall this is a beautiful beach side hotel with newly renovated rooms, with great services from staff..... only lack of breakfast variety & taste , and no shower/changing room inside male shower room Check in 5⭐️ Arrived at 3pm, super smooth checl in. While waiting at the lobby, you will be served with in house drink and cold face towel for refresher. If your room a bit far, buggy service is provided Room 5⭐️ Newly renovated room, with bright color, used Ritual shower gel, but lotion is not provided, mosquito repellent also provided Swimming pool 4⭐️ There are 2 Swimming pools, newly renovated too. However there is no changing room and shower inside male toilet. Only outdoor shower. Kids activities 4⭐️ You may find key activities timetable for everyday.. kids club located a bit far.every morning can enjoy food feeding to goats Breakfast 3⭐️ With that price, i expected more..taste just okay, variety just okay... Services 5⭐️ Nothing to comment, so good and great.i have no issue at all.. so friendly

Our stay at Pelangi Beach Resort was the best we had in Malaysia! The staff were super friendly and accommodating — they gave us an early check-in, allowed a late checkout, and even upgraded our room for free since we had a baby. The room was close to the reception and main amenities, beautifully designed, very clean, and felt brand new. The resort is huge but well managed, with free buggy service and umbrellas placed all around. The location is also perfect — just minutes from Pantai Cenang. The in-room dining food was delicious, and the spa service was exceptional — relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay again! 🌴✨

Just checked in today. Took 1.5 hours to check in and even then we were still waiting for a buggy to take us to our room so we decided to walk instead of continued waiting. Very abrupt staff with no customer service skills. We got some milkshakes from a shop outside the hotel. When we walked in we put our drinks on a table as they told us to take a seat, then as we were waiting a long time decided to take a look at the pool, came back after 5 minutes and our drinks had been thrown in the bin. Fair enough a mistake was made, when I asked the staff if they had thrown it away, I was met with a blank face and no apology. We finally get to the room and we have an infant with us, we have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. The beds were of cheap quality and there was 2 in the room even though we are a couple. I am trying to call reception but no answer for over 20 minutes. It is also my wife’s birthday and we had expected maybe some towel origami or a message / card since I added a special request. Again nothing. I’m really not impressed with the level of customer service you’d expect from an overall a really nice hotel. Amazing swimming pool and it must be good since the King’s son and the Presidents team are also here at the same time. Adding my review in now so they still have time to make changes rather than commenting after the stay when it is too late as if this continues I will not be returning!
