I've came here in Jan 2020. I had a lovely experience and thus, I chose to come here again in Jan 2025 - was staying at Chalet 9 on both occasions. My room was nicely renovated - all stuffs worked flawlessly. I was grateful for the birthday treat. All staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. The resort's is located close to many eateries and shops. The gym is nice and all the equipment works well. I was thrilled that I can have my breakfast at 2 locations and the spread was fantastic. Had visited the spa and it was awesome. Will definitely come back again.
On a side note : will be good for the housekeeping to clean the TV screen as it was kind of dusty :)

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Pelangi Beach Resort.
A very warm welcome from the staff, who were great for the whole time we stayed.
The resort is large, spread out along the beach - feeling spacious. It is well laid out with a couple of different pools - one that appeared to be recently renovated.
The rooms were large, we had a pool view room with a balcony. Perhaps bathrooms would benefit from a bit of a makeover - but generally very happy with the rooms.
There was a gym and three different restaurants on site - two of which offered breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a lake side room. Very relaxing and lovely to have pools and beach so can move between the two. Cascade Pool swim up bar is fantastic and staff are brilliant. Pelangi Grill staff also great and good food every night! Only comment would be that perhaps the rooms need a bit of a refresh but the rest of the resort is lovely so don’t be put off!

A Timeless Gem
This resort has stood the test of time, remaining beautiful for over two decades. It's clear that meticulous care has been taken to maintain and upgrade the facilities, making it appealing to a wide range of guests. The chalet rooms are clean and comfortable, and the resort boasts two swimming pools, including a large one perfect for swimming laps. The delicious breakfast served by the beach and pool offers stunning views. Located along the pristine Cenang Beach, the resort provides exclusive beachfront access and a tranquil atmosphere. I only wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy this wonderful place. I'll definitely be back!

We definitely recommend this hotel for Langkawi. The value for money is definitely worth it. It is an old hotel but renovated. It is really clean, the staff is so nice and kind. The rooms are luxury and have a lot of space, a king sized bed also. It is very very clean, the whole resort and the private beach of the resort is defiantly worth it. It is quiet and very romantic place. It is close to the airport, some of the food markets and other attractions, so the location is also really convenient.
