One of my favorite hotels that I ever stayed at. The staff goes above ans beyond to accommodate you. They are all very professional and sweet. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. You truly feel peaceful and relaxed. There are so many amenities. The drinks and food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. I highly and I mean highly recommend staying here.

My shoe broke during the wedding event and the team at St. Regis really saved my day. Housekeeping, the butler, and even the engineering staff all stepped in to help, and they even gave me superglue so I could fix it. I was so grateful for their kindness. On top of that, the room was spacious and cozy with a huge bathroom that I loved. The food was delicious. Overall, a really warm and memorable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Regis, the breakfast was amazing, the service was great, it is quite far to reach for activities and beach so we had to get Grab everywhere but if you want to relax at the hotel, it is ideal! The staff are very meticulous and pay attention to details! The room service was great, we felt safe and secure.

We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. We booked the Penthouse Suite and were really impressed by the property and the overall service. The team was kind enough to arrange a complimentary pick up and drop off. The butler service was extraordinary and certainly made us feel more pampered. The property itself is amazing. The living room was large with breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands. The deck is well furnished and can accommodate many people - it is also overlooking the property gardens and the beach. The main restaurant in the hotel has lot of options and will also take requests. They also have a fine dining restaurant which is on top of the water and a great sunsent view. The only downside is that the beach seems to be from reclaimed land and seemed more like a swamp with no waves. I didn't see anyone going into the water for a swim. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday with good food, great service and scenic views, this is a great place. However, if you want to go in the sea for a swim, it might be better to look for a different property.

First off, the views from the lobby and the sea-view rooms are amazing. The rooms themselves are very spacious and comfortable. However, the sea has no waves — it feels more like a half-full lake. The water is murky, and in the evening when the tide goes out, you’re left looking at a muddy beach. They do have white sand, but without waves it feels a bit boring. Service is generally good, but they consistently forget things. For example, it took over 3 hours for them to come and clean our room one day, and on the fourth day they completely forgot the turndown service. They also forgot to assign loyalty points to both of my rooms, despite me reminding them at both check-in and check-out that they should be under my name. Overall, everything else was fine — but I wouldn’t return, mainly because the sea isn’t really a “sea” experience, and it’s not worth it for me.
