From the moment we arrived, we were transported into a world of calm elegance. We stayed in one of the gorgeous Greek-style villas — tastefully designed, spacious, and complete with a private pool that made every morning feel like a dream. The property itself is beautifully maintained, serene, and blissfully noiseless — the kind of place where you can truly unwind. A special mention to Azman, our exceptional butler, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. Chef Jai deserves equal praise — every meal he crafted was a masterpiece, lovingly curated and bursting with flavour. We felt pampered every single day! Evenings at Kayuputi were pure magic — the sunset views were breathtaking, and the ambience was simply unmatched. Every member of the staff we met exuded such warmth and professionalism that it made us feel like we were among friends. From the stunning villa and pristine beach to the incredible service and culinary excellence, our time at The St. Regis Langkawi was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise. 🌅💛

All I can tell the hotel and hospitality was amazing and superb! Staffs are very friendly. Butler service was fantastic. Never imagine can have coffee in free flow. Breakfast was delicious and lovely. Really enjoy the stay! Recommended to go and everyone should try. Its worth it

Our convoy of 8 had a very memorable stay at St Regis recently. From the moment our convoy arrived till we depart, every detail was handled seamlessly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The GM, Derek is affable and very humble, attending to us personally, ensuring our stay is flawless. As a GM of a hotel property, he is so hands on and on the ground most of the time. We are already planning our next convoy drive for a longer stay at St Regis.

Stay was ruined with loud thuds from bedroom ceiling. Sounded similar to children running. Called guest services to fix the issue but it persisted, couldn’t even nap as a result. I even mentioned this to the front desk in person. Hotel could’ve resolved this issue easily by switching our rooms. The rooms are very expensive so the hotel should’ve compensated us to a different room. Check out process was also underwhelming, he didn’t bother to ask us how was our stay. Additionally, my friend played the piano in the lobby for which there was no sign saying “not for playing”, a service staff lady raised her voice from afar “the piano cannot be played”. This is very rude, there is a more polite way of informing guests. Other service staff such as butler and waittress at restaurant were great and friendly. I wish I could attach a video of the loud thuds in the room that I recorded to this review however, google review only allows photos as attachments. Disappointing stay.

One of my favorite hotels that I ever stayed at. The staff goes above ans beyond to accommodate you. They are all very professional and sweet. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. You truly feel peaceful and relaxed. There are so many amenities. The drinks and food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. I highly and I mean highly recommend staying here.
