My first reaction when I saw the rooms was 'WOW' (Clean & Tidy rooms especially the bathroom). The Check In was smooth and fast. Great spread of Breakfast! Our kids really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Mutu for taking good care and being a great host. Looking forward to staying at your hotel again. Thank you everyone for a comfortable stay.

We had an incredible stay at the Novotel Kuala Lumpur! As a family of six, we initially found our room not suitable, but the staff went above and beyond, relocating us twice to ensure we had the perfect setup with rooms close together and comfortable beds for everyone. The staff welcomed our kids with gifts, and their attention to detail was impeccable. At the buffet breakfast, my partner and I loved the Malaysian tea, and on the second morning, they had a cup waiting for us. The team has been friendly, accommodating, and truly five-star. The location is right in the centre so plenty of things to do for the kids and most is undercover so we can adventure out without getting wet. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

Met with bar tender Ismail who have us very good tips and suggestions going to nearby shopping malls and place of interest. A very nice and friendly person. Excellent services from Ismail. Will come back again as the room is nice and all the staffs at the lobby is nice and friendly.

Fantastic hotel close to all the attractions and shopping centres. We stayed in a premier room and it was very nice and extremely comfortable. They offered a welcome drink as we are gold members and free breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we come back we will definitely be stopping here again.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and impressed with the quality of food that was provided at the evening cocktail and breakfast. I also like that it’s situated next to the Pavilion and other shopping malls in the area. Very accessible!
