Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel

I recently stayed at Novotel Kuala Lumpur and wanted to share my experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The staff, especially the bell boy, were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even carrying our luggage all the way up to the reception. Their hospitality was truly appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet selection felt quite limited, and I was hoping for more variety to start the day. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. This was a significant downside to an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its prime location and friendly staff, but improvements in the breakfast options and room amenities (like quieter air conditioning) would make the experience much better.

Good stay! Easy to go a malls and train station. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. Room size was good, amenities in the shower came in a complete set, nice! However, mattress was abit hard and pillows too soft. Breakfast buffet can be improved (the sayur lodeh was salty, nasi lemak sambal was spicy but not sweet , pancakes stuck to each other and hard if at the bottom of the pan. No pancake syrup only honey. Overall, a good stay and definitely will book again if we are coming to KL.

This hotel was a joy to stay in. The staff are excellent at what they do and provide a 5 star service with a friendly smile. They are the best thing about the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in KL and this one is up there on the good list. Check in/out was easy and painless and we were given a lovely high room. The facilities are excellent and rooms are spacious for the area. I especially liked the water filter. I also like the way the room entrance are offset so you're looking directly at another room on the opposite side of the corridor. It helps with keeping noise levels low too. We didn't eat here because the hotel is located so near to local food outlets, but we did have afternoon mocktails there which were excellent, again with excellent service. It was a shame that we couldn't have afternoon tea there as it requires a 3 day notice reservation! There was building work going on which we were informed about so it didn't come as a surprise but it made the reception area and bar area a little too noisy to relax during the day. However, I'm not marking it down because we were well informed ahead of time and we chose to continue to stay. I look forward to seeing the new reception area when I return. I haven't added many photos because those online are already a good representation. This is the first hotel I will look at when returning to KL in the future. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers a great Ramadhan buffet with delicious food and a pleasant ambience at an affordable price. The satay is flavorful, but the butter prawns are even better. One of the best parts of the experience is their quick food replenishment, ensuring you won’t miss out on any dish. I enjoyed it so much that I’ll definitely repeat it next year!

The check in was very good, the girl was very kind and attentive, unfortunately I don't remember her name. The room was very clean and very comfortable (the air conditioning was a little noisy but nothing more). The pool is very good and never busy. Excellent breakfast and facilities. A small and cosy bar the guy Ismail was very nice. I recommend 100%
