The service attitude was quite disappointing; the front desk staff seemed accustomed to looking down on guests and were not proactive in resolving issues.
When the check-in time is clearly stated as 3 PM, you can't expect guests to be cheerful if they still haven't been accommodated by 5 PM.
Nonetheless, the room was very clean, and the restaurant on the top floor was quite nice. I hope to see improvements in the future.

My stay at this amazing hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early. After a long flight, the comfortable bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hot shower was great, and breakfast had a wide variety of choices, as did dinner at the hotel restaurant. The sky bar offers an awesome view, and while the pool is a bit small, it's still spectacular. From the airport, it's easy to take the express train and then a Grab taxi to the hotel (about 15 minutes and very affordable). It's also a short walk to the Petronas Towers from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

My family and I had a minor incident after we checked in. The door to our room 2700 could not open despite several attempts. When I went to the front desk for assistance, the staff, Joy (if I did not remember her name wrongly) seemed skeptical and told me I had to push the door harder. I replied that we did but it did not work. She later enlisted the help of the security guard to go up to the room with us and he too, had difficulties opening the door. We eventually changed to a different room.
While we did not encounter any other unpleasant experience during our stay, most of the front desk staff lacked the touch of warmth in their service. That definitely does not give hotel guests a welcoming feel.
Housekeeping can also be improved. Dust can be seen everywhere in the bathroom; even on the tissue box cover. Will be good to provide hand towels and mineral water (not replenished on Day 2 of our stay).

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms with top-notch amenities. Ideal location near attractions and restaurants. Delicious on-site dining and a huge, well-stocked breakfast area. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a top-notch experience. Can't wait to return!"

It’s my first time at Ibis hotel so I have no expectations. Price was a factor in choosing a hotel because I was traveling solo and most hotels have the standard rate for 2pax.
The room was ok. I went out and then come back to notice my water bottles, coffee, tea, toiletries and rug were replaced on my first day of stay 😅
What’s needed improvement is the breakfast situation. It’s the first time I experienced a chaotic breakfast scene at 830am, Friday. Food options are not as varied when it comes to meat type but I understand it’s probably claiming halal and also catering to vegetarians.
