Place is super clean, hygienic & food is always being topped-up by the staff! 🍴

I recently stayed at the Ibis Kuala Lumpur and had a mixed experience. While the hotel’s affordable pricing is a major draw, it does not quite meet the expectations of a 4-star establishment. The hotel building itself is showing signs of age, with the decor and facilities appearing dated. Unfortunately, service levels were either average or noticeably lacking, with staff interactions being limited and lacking the warmth often associated with higher-star properties.
The location is decent—neither prime nor inconvenient, making it a reasonable base for exploring the city, albeit without any particular charm or unique appeal.
Overall, while the cost is budget-friendly, I would recommend Ibis Kuala Lumpur only for those prioritizing savings over quality service and experience. There are more modern alternatives available in Kuala Lumpur for travelers seeking a polished experience.

Well recommended. We have pleasant staying in Ibis hotel recently. Thumbs up to good service overall. Cleanliness 5-star. House keeping- satisfying. Buffet breakfast delicious, good food & plenty of choices. Worth staying. Intend to come again next time. Keep it up!!👍👍👍

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff was rude and did not assist the tourists properly. They also failed to mention the tourist tax when we booked the hotel. Additionally, I received confirmation for a late check-out from the agent, but the reception denied it and asked for an extra fee of MY150 for just 4 more hours. Also all the swipes are not worked after 12 pm without any indication. I will never book here again; it’s a pathetic hotel. The rooms are too small for families.

My stay at this amazing hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early. After a long flight, the comfortable bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hot shower was great, and breakfast had a wide variety of choices, as did dinner at the hotel restaurant. The sky bar offers an awesome view, and while the pool is a bit small, it's still spectacular. From the airport, it's easy to take the express train and then a Grab taxi to the hotel (about 15 minutes and very affordable). It's also a short walk to the Petronas Towers from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
