Overall a pleasant stay with my family at a reasonable cost. Booked two connecting rooms which made all the more convenient. This was possible when i interacted with the front office team. Very helpful and fast response. In addition, the location is ideal, walkable distance to the twin tower.

A really luxurious outlook with lots of guests and friendly staff. Large groups of foreign tourists stay here. We booked a meeting room here for a company off-site meeting. The F&B provided was great. The room amenities were excellent and it was a really pleasant environment to conduct our meeting.

I had 2 days stay in this hotel and i booked no window rooms. Room themselves are very comfortable only problem is they are very close to the elevators and the noise from it is very noticeable. Location i found very convenient since its walking distance from few landmarks like twin towers, mall and little far but was able to walk to the central market as well. Service i didn't have big problems, only few things were not functioning in my room like kettle and shower, the phone in the room was also not working so i had to go down to reception to request assistance but they resolved the issue pretty quickly. If you are not short on money i recommend staying away from no window rooms and pick something further from the elevators. Otherwise enjoyed my stay, food was also good.

We had a wonderful stay at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre! The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The room was super clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The only downside was the check-in time, which was a bit longer than expected. However, the highlight was the infinity pool — it was absolutely stunning and offered incredible views. Don't forget to visit Saloma Link and the Petronas Twin Towers at night, which are just 600 meters away! A great experience overall, highly recommended!
