Great location and easy to get to on the opposite side of the park to the petronas towers and easy walking to the main attractions. The hotel had all the facilities one could need. All in great condition and well looked after. The room was cleaned daily, beds made and bathroom and bedroom tidied - the betrothed generally all spotless. The staff were all attentive, friendly and professional from concierge, reception, restaurant staff through to the pool attendants.. Love the fact there is the park opposite the hotel and could get out running or for an evening/morning stroll all feeling very safe.

Traders hotel KLCC is one of the best hotel at Kaula lumpur. My room was with the petronas view … the view was surreal. Hospitality was top notch … staff is extremely polished. Food was great. The overall package was great value for money … free food, free unlimited drinks and much more. The location is such that you dont need any cab everything is walkable.

We used to stay in this hotel every time we visited Malaysia from Europe. This is our first stay here after our move to Penang. Warm welcome, easy check in, clean room and great amenities. The staff are kind and helpful. We were also reintroduced to their awesome breakfast spread. It has to be one of the best in terms of variety. Some items could do with a relook. The coffee, the Indian and middle eastern section, and the sushi need work. But overall it's just great. And above all you get this view come rain or shine. We loved it.

I had a wonderful time at Traders for five nights in September 2025 on a vacation between work trips! I felt so welcomed and at home immediately. Anissa was who checked me in, and she took care of everything I could have needed the whole time! She was so helpful with recommendations for where to go and what to see in the city. And she was just such a joyful presence! Because of her, and the hotel as a whole, it made my introduction to KL a great one. I will definitely be back. The hotel is in such a walkable, central part of the city, so it made it a great home base for the week. Breakfast was amazing and full of so many different options. The room was perfectly clean and had everything you could want and more. I do recommend upgrading to get a tower view - it's a really spectacular scene. Highly recommend Traders!

We stayed at the Traders twice in September 2025 and both stays were excellent. The check-in process by Nazreen and Jive were efficient, swift and they explain the details of the Traders Club clearly. For our needs, the hotel ticked the boxes as it was easily accessible and it was great to the Suria KLCC and Avenue K mall next door. There are some refurbishment works taking place in the Sky Bar at the moment which are due to be completed in November time but the area was still accessible to guests but we didn't have any drinks there as we had access to the Traders Club Lounge for the evening drinks between 5pm to 7pm. Our rooms (2423 and 1333) were clean, well maintained and we did not experience any issues in our rooms during both stays. We tried the massage in the spa facilities and found it to be a relaxing experience which was perfect the day after our long flight. The gym was small but well equipped and we had no issues with using the equipment we needed during our visit in the morning. The team in the Traders Club Lounge led by Oliver were fantastic, they were all so friendly and helpful each time we visited the lounge to ensure we were comfortable so that we can simply enjoy the food and drink whilst admiring the view! Oliver is a real asset to the business who clearly has many years of hospitality experience as nothing was every too much and he made every effort to speak with each guest, offering suggestions of where to go visit and where to eat which is brilliant for a foodie! My wife wasn't feeling towards the end of our trip and May arranged for some chicken soup to be made for her during breakfast service which was very kind of May and we are very grateful for this gesture! We will not hesitate in booking another stay at the Traders when we visit KL again.
