Don't do it. It's not worth a penny. I usually stay at Rosen international but tried to save a few dollars here. I stay at Red roof plus in Jacksonville and it's fine. They actually do have premium rooms and the place feels clean.
This house is HORRIBLE!!! Our room was WET from humidity, tape on the walls, the fire alarm was on the chair, furniture is really beaten up. Smells of mold and nasty. There was nothing premium about this room at all and it's way below what I expected even for Red roof.
On a positive note, staff was friendly and they were actively working around the property. The sheets and towels seemed clean. Beds were comfortable. The location is great and it was pretty quiet considering being right next to the highway and icon park.

AVOID! We checked in and walked to our room. Not even 2 minutes of walking inside the room we walked right out and asked for a refund. There was mold everywhere, the cabinets were falling apart, it smelled like cigarettes, and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures are definitely false advertisement. It was 2am, luckily we found another hotel down the road, it was more in price but worth it. DO NOT BOOK!

This is by far the worst hotel on idrive. I would have never left Rosen trying to save a few dollars if I had known how poor the service is and how run down the rooms are. Roach infested, holes in walls, leaking pipes, mold/mildew in rooms. When I first got there they had to switch me from three different rooms the fourth one happened to be a premium one which was decent enough to stay in. Until roaches started calling from under the bed every time we ate in the room. Not to mention the drugs and prostitution that go on in and around the hotel. Hotel employees come to work and don't want to do their job correctly. Stay there for a week and a half not once did I receive room service. I had to go downstairs to the front desk each time to get new towels and new sheets to put them on myself. It is a great location where the hotel is located but definitely the worst hotel I've ever booked with on iDrive. Never again!!!!

Every positive thing you've seen about this hotel is a lie- including the pictures they show on the website. Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't even think it should be open for business, it should be condemned. 3 star rating according to Google. LIES. Checked into our room and saw how dilapidated it was right away. Poorly patched holes in the walls, some rotten holes and crevices they didn't bother to patch. Mold everywhere. Everything was damp. Nothing was cleaned well, filth in all the corners. I don't think the hallway carpet on our floor even knew what a vacuum was. Debris and even dog poop all over.
But worst of all was the roaches. Turn the lights off or open food in the room and watch the roaches pour out of the cracks and holes, from behind the mirrors, everywhere. I felt like I was in Joe's Apartment. Went to the desk and asked to switch rooms, nothing available. The clerk gave me a bottle of "bug spray" in a squirt bottle. 'Why stay?' you ask. We were refugees, fleeing for our lives from Hurricane Milton the Destroyer, like half of FL- which has to be the only reason this hotel has ever been filled to capacity. No one who had another option would stay here.
We got into a different room the 2nd day of our stay and it was a little newer- or at least had a fresh coat of paint over the mold. It wasn't AS infested with roaches as the previous room, but they were there. Not much need to go into details on the second room. It held no surprises after the 1st room. Just more of the same.
In summary: stay somewhere else. ANYwhere else. Under an overpass would be better.

Rooms were dirty, smelly and paint was peeling along with what looked like mold on the ceiling. Mind you...there were roaches everywhere! We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we left before our 1st night was even over. This place should be shut down. It is not safe for anyone. The location was nice, but good god...the place was HORRIBLE.
