The accommodations were spacious, and the service was excellent. The bathroom was sizable and featured both a shower and a bathtub. Although outside noises were audible, they did not cause significant disturbance. The hotel's proximity to the train station and the mall was convenient. The swimming pool, gym, and pool bar provided additional amenities. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory hotel experience.

Great experience. Clean hotel and in a great location for the city. Everything you need is in walking distance. Service is good. Shout out to ICE who helped us with our luggage when leaving. He was very kind, joyful and helpful. Were given breakfast boxes as we were checking out early and also complimentary bowls of fruit in our room as it was our honeymoon. Recommend this hotel :)

Excellent hotel. Upon arrival Kik and Kim the concierge, greeted us warmly. Arrived quite early, before check-in, but they made sure we were well facilitated, took care of our bags, suggested places to go while waiting in addition to comping a breakfast. They were extremely genuine and service was phenomenal. In hotel restaurant served amazing breakfast that would highly recommend. Staff was exceptional, rooms were very clean although slightly dated yet well worth the price. Location was also very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel with phenomenal staff and lovely amenities.

We stayed here for 5 nights and this hotel was definitely a great choice! The staff was very kind and helpful even accepting a parcel delivery on our behalf. The room was spacious and clean with black-out curtains and a spectacular city view from the 10th floor 😎🌆 We also enjoyed the lounge area by the pool which was surprisingly never too busy considering how big the hotel is. Location is great - BTS station was a few minute walk away and there were a few shopping malls and a nice park within walking distance. Would stay again ⭐

I really loved the service of the Rembrandt Concierge team. Kevin, Bee, Toub and Tor were kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. However the hotel did not have a bidet and the bath tub was not senior citizen friendly as it was too high. Additionally the carpets on the floor had a poor odor (the rooms were clean though) and the lift buttons were hard to decipher. This is mostly a hotel for executives but there were families as well residing there.
