The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walking distance from the Nana BTS station. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and massage shops to explore. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the bed, which was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very congested alley, but it is in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and all things working as expected. However with a extra bed there is literally no place left in the room to even access the wardrobe. We had to climb on the bed to use the wardrobe. This was very inconvenient and even after request to change the room they could not help. If you plan to stay out all the time then it's fine else it's claustrophobic inside. Don't take for triple occupancy as it is hardly enough for 2. The restaurant was fine. Staff was good but just expressed helplessness about the situation. Not a place I would recommend for a rest stay.

Hotel is placed in a very centralized place. Easy to access the MRT and also close to shopping malls. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. Their service was beyond our expectation. Last minute our agent didn't send us our airport drop-off vehicle and we were panicked yet the staff in the front desk at the time (sorry forgot her name) she helped us quickly to arrange a transport for us to go to airport safely and quickly. We are very grateful for that.

Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at BelAire Hotel and was overall disappointed with my experience. The most significant issue was the discomfort of the beds. Despite trying different pillows and positions, I struggled to get a restful night's sleep. The hotel's interior also appeared outdated and could benefit from some renovations. Additionally, the lobby had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also less than ideal. While it was technically in a central area, the surrounding streets were dirty and noisy. This made it less enjoyable to explore the neighborhood on foot. Overall, I would not recommend BelAire to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was amazing. Will definitely have this hotel in mind if I decide to come back to Bangkok again. Cleaners were amazing, they give enough water for the day, and everyday will make sure you were okay. The staff always open the door and are always smiling. Location is great too, many Halal joints nearby. The only improvement is there was a slight and i mean slight not strong smell from the toilet. I was okay with it. But it was there. Other than that this is a hotel I would come back to stay at.
