Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked here 2 nights to recover from our jet leg at the beginning of our trip and it was the perfect spot for this. We showed up early for our check in and they stored our bags for us and gave us access to the amenities so we hung out at the pool until our room was ready. The pool area is large and spacious with lots of seating and tables on the one side to eat at. The gym is large and had lots of different equipment and large windows letting in tons of light. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of good food. Our room was very spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable which was perfect for catching up on sleep. We also had a good view from our balcony. The only disappointing part was that the zoom sky bar was closed the whole time we were there and that was half the reason we booked this place. They do however have a different bar just one floor below the zoom sky bar that was open and still gave good views out the one side, just not the rooftop 360 degree views we were hoping for.

Excellent location. Walkable to Chinatown. Very clean hotel. I loved that our room was big and had a large dining table. Eventhough the hotel is dated, I didn’t smell anything weird. Breakfast was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

I read the reviews on this hotel, so based on the positive reviews, I booked the hotel. Bad mistake!! This is not a 5-star hotel, I would give it 3 stars. The hotel is dated and needs to be refurbished. My room, while it was big and had a comfortable bed, was dated, it had a stale smell, and the carpet had multiple stains on it. I had a nice balcony, but it had no furniture, so it couldn't be used. The sliding door of my wardrope didn't work. The hotel advertises that it has a "Sky Bar," but they omit to say that it is being renovated and has been closed for some time. The swimming pool area was good, but it didn't get the sunshine. Even though the staff were friendly and helpful, I wouldn't book this hotel again, nor recommend it.

We first visited it 15 years ago as a young couple and revisited it again on Christmas 2024 as a family with teens. We enjoyed so much both times! It is the ideal place for all types of visitors: close to everything, fantastic service, fantastic personnel and their apartments you want to take back home. It is a 5-star hotel like no other, just reserve it and enjoy!

5 star hotel . Is this a joke ? We had lights not fixed to ceiling in shower , dirty room , dressing gown in room falling to bits . Paint hanging off walls , carpets stained and fraying , lamp shade busted , drink stains all over . The lift took 25 minutes for breakfast and when we got there it was packed and we were told closing soon. We cleared our own table , no glasses for drinks , no soup bowls . The only reason I am giving a 1 star is the people you employ were over run and worked as hard as they can . I stayed here in 2018 and it was a nice hotel. Been neglected by owners . Roof top bar is closed for refurb but doesn’t tell you this on the website . False advertising. I stay in a lot of hotels and have never had to write a bad review. This is not a good hotel .
