Great staff, always smiling and makes you feel valued. They take really great care of you n ensure your stay is pleasant. They are attentive to your needs n help in any possible way. Taxis r not a hassle. Can download GRAB app for taxis. Mr Lucky, Mr Kim n staff at counter, Mr Path, miss Path etc are really helpful n always with a smile. Rooms are clean, food is great n tasty n has buffet for breakfast. Recommend this hotel. Location is a bit far from city, but near to train station n bus stop

Exceptional property , extremely helpful and courteous staffs. Special thanks to the lady at reception who did her best to arrange a room way before check in time when she realised we landed from an Red Eye flight. ( Even got a smoking room as requested) Rooms are extremely spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was nice with more than enough options. Ask the server if you want a different coffee than what's on offer on buffet they will gladly bring to your table. Honestly can't complaint. I guess this will be my go to property in BKK from now on. Only disadvantage that there's no Seven Eleven around the corner.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are very big, the bathroom very nice and the beds very comfortable. There is also a locker for the safety of your belongings. The personnel is very polite and helpful. Especially Patt who was responsible for my reservation is excellent! There is a rooftop bar on 38th floor with awesome view of the city. The facilities of the hotel are perfect and it is very cheap for a 5-star hotel. Totally worth it!

I had high expectations with this hotel because it is supposedly a 5-star hotel. A good amount of people left reviews with high reviews. The first hotel my partner and I got stank, a plant growing from the sink, and the sink water not draining well. The hair dryer also doesn’t work. We asked to switch rooms and were greeted with a much worse situation but what made it “better” was the lesser strong smell. It’s obvious that they don’t keep the rooms maintained. They also don’t keep the rooms clean. I noticed this with the cups and spoons. It had stains which easily came off when I hand washed it myself. I used the cup but the next day, I noticed that they just put that cup back to place without cleaning it because my coffee stains in the side remained. Nothing gets cleaned, with so much stains and dusts collected on top. The sink faucet also are crooked and wobbly. When was this place last cared for? The water pressure is also non-existence. Turning the knobs doesn’t change anything and it had the smallest amount of water coming out. It took forever to clean my face or brush my teeth. The knob is also very moldy. Seriously? Is this even a 5 star hotel? If I wanted a 2-3 star hotel, I would’ve booked that instead. I will never stay here again. One star is a generous rating. It has potential if they cared about their hotel. The staffs don’t seem to care either, they probably don’t get paid enough to care.

This place is a total dump! It took me three rooms in this hotel before I would even stay there. Old battered furniture, scuffed walls, disgusting bathrooms, stained carpets and smelly rooms. This is a two star flea bitten hotel. So disappointing thinking this was a five star upon booking. Lastly rooftop bar was closed and they never mentioned it! JC Kevin don't respond and tell me how my review is invaluable. This hotel is a con 🤢🥺😠
