Travelling with my father, this hotel was really convenient and well located. It's not a luxury hotel, but we felt well received with their great service at the lobby.
Our room was really big and comfortable. We would better appreciate the room with 2 rooms or a sofa bed, but we were overall quite satisfied.
The pool area is great, but the toilet with the showers should be better maintained.
The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices (Asian style buffet with someone cooking eggs and omelettes the way you want and customized soup).
I recommend this hotel for its very good quality-rate ratio.

Thanks for offering us your hospitality - receptionist Nikki gave us the best service and extra attention. Well done Nikki ! Like others we found the furniture in our suite for three, old and dark, maybe changing to lightning would shine up. Some cleaning needed for bathroom flooring. Beds ok and clean sheets - nice quantity of free water. Thanks -all in all clean and no unwanted insects, in this former well presented hotel. We look forward to seeing your best renewal- and let us know. JACOB

This room was great value for the size of the suite, I was stopping for 12 days on a business trip which also involved some days of just working from my room. The size was great and bedding/towels clean and serviced every day.
Couple of issues being: down to one working elevator for a number of days - I spent a lot of time waiting.
I spotted quite a few micro ants and a cockroach in the kitchenette - mainly around the draw below the cooker.
Very poor water pressure in the shower.
Had to wait for a table at breakfast a few times - no problem with the staff who are very efficient - just not enough tables.
Positives: Huge suite with room to relax, eat and work.
Wonderful staff.
Small but decent gym, lovely outdoor swimming pool.
Walking distance to Asok BTS station (so long as you are fit and able as the sidewalk isn't very accessible).
Good value for money.

Be careful. This hotel wants to catfish you.
The experience at this place started off on a sour note and didn’t improve much from there. Despite reading reviews and confirming at check-in that I’d receive a remodelled room, I was given an outdated one that didn’t resemble anything in the photos. A trip back to the front desk yielded a new key, but not before the clerk handed it over with a disinterested “ok”—not even a hint of apology.
The remodelled room itself, when I finally got it, was what I expected, but the process to get there was unnecessarily frustrating. And then the air conditioning broke at 1 a.m., sending me to a third room. The sauna? Out of order. And the pool, stuck in permanent shadow after midday— an unfortunate design decision from 30 years ago.
It’s a shame that a hotel with so much potential is bogged down by avoidable details. What should have been an enjoyable stay instead felt like an ongoing series of inconveniences.
Train the staff, be honest with the advertising, halve the asking price.

Booked this hotel in a last minute deal. It was amazing the moment we stepped in. Our rooms were on higher floors and city view was great. Breakfast spread was comprising wide variety of foods including 2 Indian dishes every day. Fresh fruits and salad section had plenty of choices to start your day. A very warm and courteous behaviour from all staff all the time. I had an amazing stay here and will look forward to stay again.
