Booked this hotel in a last minute deal. It was amazing the moment we stepped in. Our rooms were on higher floors and city view was great. Breakfast spread was comprising wide variety of foods including 2 Indian dishes every day. Fresh fruits and salad section had plenty of choices to start your day. A very warm and courteous behaviour from all staff all the time. I had an amazing stay here and will look forward to stay again.

Stay was Good.
Variety of food provided for breakfast was great.
Rooms were quiet. No noise from outside.
Lots of massage centers nearby.
Pedicure manicure centers nearby.
Walking distance to Terminal 21.
Walking distance to train station.
A high end premium Indian restaurant nearby.
A few complaints though.
1) As soon as I got into the room, the first thing I wanted to do was have a coffee. I was shocked to see that the coffee cup was either not washed or not washed properly. It had coffee stains on the brim and at the bottom. I complained to the staff at Reception. New cups were immediately provided.
2) The hotel is not accommodating for elderly guests. I was here with my elderly parents, and while breakfast was included in our stay, they found it difficult to walk to a nearby location for it. Typically, hotels worldwide provide breakfast within the same building for convenience.
3) The hotel only has bathtubs in the bathrooms, which requires guests to step into the tub to bathe. This setup has been extremely difficult for my elderly parents. Providing an option for a standard shower would have been much more accommodating.
4) The hotel has a musty smell, which gives guests the impression that the decor feels old and stale
5) The room lacks sufficient lighting. Although there’s a large window for natural daylight, there aren’t enough lamps to adequately brighten the room at night.

This is such a difficult review to write as it's real mixed feelings!
So the great bit first, the concierge staff are amazing, I would go as far to say probably the best service I have ever come across!
It was almost leaving friends by the time we left!
Now the bad, pretty much everything else!
Just to clarify, we stayed in the Rembrandt suits, I have had family and friends recommend the main hotel which is why we stayed in the suits as the idea of having multiple rooms suited us for this trip.
The room was pretty disgusting, the smell was not great, but the cleanliness became almost funny! In one bathroom in the shower had empty bottles of show gel laying on the side from previous guests, it became a running joke as even though the room was "cleaned" each day they remained for the whole holiday! All the furniture etc looked like left overs or broken items from the other hotel
But the general condition of carpets and even broken pool side furniture just let's the place down.
Honestly, I think if it wasn't for the great staff, I think we would of found somewhere else to stay.
Hope they can do some justice then the great team they have and spend some money doing it up!

Rembrandt is just amazing place if you are planning a holiday or business trip in Bangkok. Everything is so just perfect here. Amazing and wonderful staff who finds joy in serving the guests. It is absolutely necessary to mention the staff members Kevin, Tor, Boss, Bee and Tong for their kindness and support always. They were really helpful in all our needs during our stay. I wish the hotel and the staff all the best and hope to see again soon

Upon arriving hotel at 01.00 AM, checked-in to a room completely different to what was promised (poor picture was what I got, vs. the nice pictures from their listing and what was promised). They kept saying that it was the same room type and was not very hospitable. Having to deal with this at 2 AM and ended up upgrading my room for an extra 1000 baht for 2 nights for a better room.
In the morning, someone also mistakenly entered the room without warning which was shocking. On top of that, during the stay, they mistakenly sent food to our room twice even though we did not order anything.
Having to stay here for one more night today, checking out tomorrow. Would not recommend.
