I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about the hotel, but from the moment I walked into the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. Since my parents are sensitive to dust, I requested a no-carpet room, and we were assigned a very clean one. Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated. It was clean, but the bathtub looked old. As for amenities, please note that toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are provided upon request. Breakfast was also delicious. After check-out, the Concierge team kindly kept our luggage, and among them, Day was especially kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special mention goes to Mr. Tono from the concierge team, and Mr. Din and Mr. Bang from the bellboy team. They were incredibly helpful and kind, especially when I needed assistance finding a prayer room. They not only guided me but did so with genuine willingness and a smile—something I truly appreciated 🥹❤️ Our room was spotless—cleaned thoroughly and neatly every day. It was always a joy to return to such a fresh and welcoming space after a long day out. The attention to detail in housekeeping definitely added to the overall experience. The location is another major plus. The hotel is conveniently situated near popular shopping spots like Siam Centre and Siam Paragon, making it easy for us to explore. All in all, I would definitely recommend Rembrandt Hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok! 😊

I had a wonderful 6-day, 5-night stay at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the Concierge Team and Front Desk. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Bellboy Hussadin, who went above and beyond to recommend great local spots, including massage parlours with skilled masseurs, a trusted salon for haircuts, and shopping areas that truly enhanced our Bangkok experience. His friendly, helpful attitude made getting around the city easy and enjoyable. I also want to express my appreciation to Front Desk Manager Natty, who handled a room issue on our first night with professionalism and care. The room initially had a few problems but Natty acted swiftly to move us to a better room and ensured the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable. Her attentiveness and genuine concern truly made a difference. Highly recommended hotel, thanks to the people who make guests feel at home.
