I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding; the staff was always welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s central location was a major plus—just steps away from shopping, dining, and local attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service with a prime location, Centara is definitely the way to go! I can’t wait to return.

Booked this place randomly before our trip and I have to say it was 10/10 experience. They upgraded our room for free and even decorated it! The staff were lovely, rooms were clean, although we did have to walk abit to central world, Siam paragon etc Would recommend this place!

Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting BKK, it's within walking distance to Central World and Platinum shopping mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fret not if you forget to bring a travel adaptor, the wall sockets even come with type c output that charged our S24 ultra quickly. The receptionist and bell boy are all very friendly and welcoming❤️Also, thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our room tidy everyday, most importantly thank you for taking care of my toy panda😂🫶🏻You know a hotel provides genuinely good service to their guests, when they take good care of your stuffed animals😂😂😂 -Room 1218🐼

I recently stayed here during my visit to Bangkok for the ACL 2024 conference, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any request I had. Their professionalism truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail in the room’s upkeep was evident, and it made my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was the perfect location in the city center. Being so close to major shopping malls and the conference venue made it incredibly convenient to navigate Bangkok without the hassle of long commutes. It was ideal for someone like me attending an international conference. Although I did not have the chance to try the breakfast or dinner, the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially if you’re attending a conference and need a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Room is always well cleaned. Location is good. Kids love the place especially the bunk bed. It would be good if the in room has 2 toilets but we went well with 1 too. No big issues. Will definitely come back to stay again.
