With so many benefits to Rixos Bab Al Bahr’s Ultra All-Inclusive package, we explore how to make the most of it during your Ras Al Khaimah holiday.
Number one on any Arabian holiday bucket list is to soak in some of that glorious desert sun. Access to 345 metres of pristine sandy beach is included with your stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, giving you the perfect setting to make the most of it. Dappled with comfy sun loungers and private cabanas, there’s enough space for both family fun and peaceful spots for couples.
Families with children can combine a little tan-top-up with a trip to the aqua pool, where there’s three slides for some splashing amusement. In fact, Rixos Bab Al Bahr has no less than eight swimming pools onsite, so you can take your pick depending on your mood. We like the adults-only infinity pool for laid-back afternoons with chilled tunes and fresh fruit juices from the bar.
To make the most of it all, you’ll need to have at least one morning or afternoon at the beach and each of the pools. That’s a lot of sun worshipping time!
Sunbathing is great, but to really make the most of the Ultra All-Inclusive package, you won’t be lying down for long. There’s a wealth of complimentary activities for guests of all ages to take part in. Play beach volleyball with new friends, hit some balls on the tennis court during the day, or work out at the gym. Scuba diving and motorised water sports come with an additional fee, but paddling in the warm waters of the Arabian Sea is free.
Youngsters will have hours of fun at the Rixy Kids’ Club, and there’s a dedicated teenager zone with X-Box games and much more. If you’d like a babysitter or a special birthday party there’s an extra charge, but otherwise the fun is included in the package.
After the sun goes down, evenings come alive at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. There’s drinks flowing freely at Sea & Sea and the Mojito Lounge, and live music and entertainment to enjoy while you sip. VIP at Inferno nightclub includes a surcharge, but you don’t need to go VIP to get your dancing shoes on!
You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As an Ultra All-Inclusive guest, your main venue will be Seven Heights. Peruse the exquisite mountains of hot and cold buffet dishes and watch delicious treats being prepared for you at the live cooking stations. We challenge you to resist the scent of sizzling meats when the BBQ is on, and you’ll have to be pretty restrained to ensure you leave space for dessert.
To make the most out of your holiday package, you’ll head there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper and snacks. And don’t forget, the pool and beachside venues also serve snacks and drinks throughout the day. Feeling hungry in the middle of the night? No worries. The 24-hour coffee shop will be there to serve you.
Also, at dinner time, another five world-class restaurants open, so you can take your pick if you fancy a change of scene. Some dishes will have a surcharge, but if you really can’t resist, just splash out a little – you’re on holiday after all.
You’ll need to pay a little extra if you’d like to get a full pampering at Anjana Spa, but there’s plenty to indulge in with your Ultra All-Inclusive package. Relax your cares away in the steam room and sauna, before reinvigorating your energy in the ice fountain. The private pools are part of the deal, and you can use the self-service Hammam to feel the cleansing benefits. If you’re making the most of your Ultra All-Inclusive package at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, we recommend visiting at least once a day to truly rest and unwind.
With all these unbelievable choices on offer, you’ll probably have to stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for at least a month to try everything! But, even if you just have a long weekend to live the high life in Ras Al Khaimah, we’re confident you’ll have a holiday to remember for many years to come.
