I had an amazing stay at Rixos Dubai, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding service at Bar One. Faith went above and beyond to ensure every visit was special. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and expert recommendations made for a fantastic evening each time. She truly embodies top-tier service, making guests feel valued and welcome. The atmosphere at the bar was vibrant, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the overall experience was five-star.
If you're staying at Rixos Dubai, make sure to visit Bar One and look for Faith, she's an absolute gem! Highly recommend this hotel for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

Hi my name is Rosie I am 10 years old and I visited the Rixos the palm hotel. The Rixos palm was the most outstanding experience I have ever had. From when I arrived to when I left all services were brilliant. Any problems were all sorted. From helping us get sunbeds to cleaning our room every day. We were lucky to get an upgrade, and the services were excellent 👌 every place was spotless. There was cleansers in every toilet, making sure every thing was tip top. The view from the hotel was clear and beautiful. 🤩 I was amazed by the quality and the amount of amazing staff creating such a wonderful hotel. The location was amazing except from it was at the end of the palm so when we had to go somewhere it was all around the palm. But the view made up for it. This was the best vacation I think I have ever had. Definitely recommend and thank you Rixos for this wonderful opportunity.

No real negatives.
Would love it if they did a dairy free/vegan/option or an ice lolly in the ice cream cart, but they catered at all the restaurants for lactose free milk etc.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. Food wise, the steak restaurant was very nice for dinner and we really liked the buffet restaurant where we actually chose to eat most of the time. The weekly BBQ night was fab!
All the staff were very friendly too, in every department. The Kids Club was great and our 5 year old loved it - so many activities on offer and they even have a weekly carnival on for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a family friendly holiday. We'll definitely be back again.
