Our stay at Ikos Olivia was the best holiday experience we've had so far, especially traveling with a toddler. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly well-trained and attentive, always anticipating our needs without us ever having to ask. Their friendliness and genuine care made us feel pampered throughout our stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. For example, at the Florence restaurant, the lovely hostess always greeted our two-year-old with a warm smile and provided cutlery that matched her outfit nearly every time—a level of thoughtfulness that truly amazed us! 😝The step chairs for kids and other small touches made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for our little one. The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety of activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. Everything was immaculately clean, contributing to a truly relaxing environment. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. It was 100% worth it! The only minor issue was the pillows, which I found a bit uncomfortable, but that might just be a personal preference. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience.

Have had a marvellous time with my wife and friends, the meals in all the restaurants first class with service, all the staff and cleaners were fantastic and very helpful and kind. Lots for families to do with great pools that are heated lots of things for the kids to do and great for couples, beach is nice and plenty of sunbeds sea is has stones as you enter with beach service highly recommend.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are absolutely charming, with a special mention for Marilena, who was exceptional. However, our stay started on a sour note. We had booked a sea view room but were "upgraded" to a one-bedroom apartment with no view, inconveniently located next to the kids' club. The apartment also had stairs, which was completely impractical for us, as we had a 10-month-old baby in a pram. It took several hours and quite a bit of stress to resolve this and get the room we originally booked. This experience left a bad impression at the start of our holiday. While the service overall is good, it falls short of being exceptional which at the price point of the hotel, I would expect it to be. The biggest drawback, however, is the behaviour of some of the other guests. One downside was the atmosphere during mealtimes, where many children were left to run around freely, creating a somewhat chaotic environment that disrupted the otherwise serene setting. This was not limited to the early meal time slots, but continued through the entire dinner service past 9pm. In conclusion, while Ikos Olivia has many positive aspects, I would definitely recommend avoiding it if you're traveling without children, as the atmosphere may not be as relaxing as expected.

The hotel is amazing! The staff is attentive and very careful they treat all guests with care and love. They will remember everything you like and bring it to you nothing too much trouble. All 6 restaurants staff paid great attention to us in quick and positive way. We have never seen that kind of attitude and attention anywhere in the world! Rooms are spotless housekeeping service amazing! Always a pleasure to enter the room everything clean full and perfect. Beach is clean and the staff there as well always nothing was too much trouble they would bring towels drinks and food quickly and with a smile. The hotel management are taking care of all guests with kindness and are doing a great job. Spa is great as well doing a good job. Darja does a great job. Artiom the sous chef is paying attention to detail and cooks amazing. Special thanks to Athena the Assistant hotel manager and we want to thank her for her kindness professionalism and attention to detail. A huge thanks to all and we are hoping to see you soon.

Great ultra all inclusive hotel, set into the hillside above a private beach. Great choice of restaurants (6) and bars. Each restaurant has a different cuisine, and between them, they have a selection of around 300 wines. Staff are amazingly attentive and helpful. We loved Ouzo and Beach Club food the best. Great cocktails. Great room service, speedy and quality- well done to all the staff we cannot recommend this highly enough to vegans and to families. Room was always clean and tidy day and night. No complaints whatsoever and we are fussy.

Amazing all inclusive hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the food is amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, the hotel are very lucky to have staff members like Despina who served us at the deluxe pool, she has so much enthusiasm and care for those staying at the hotel - she really made us feel so looked after and special. The same goes for Thomas at our dinner on the beach - he was so kind and even offered me his sunglasses as the sun was shining right on us. I couldn’t speak more highly about the two of them. I can't recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful holiday with our 8 month old son. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was delicious and with 6 restaurants we never got bored. The only negative is the immediate area isn't very interesting but you could take a Tesla to go further afield if desired.

Just got back after a week’s holiday here. Service levels were something I’ve never experienced before, all the staff are fantastic so polite and accommodating without being imposing. Our son loved kids club and was well looked after by the wonderful staff, he met some great friends and loved the beach which was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic in all six of the restaurants which we were lucky enough to sample. Anaya being my personal favourite. Overall an unforgettable experience and we’d definitely return or maybe try one of their other resorts.

Visit here if you want to fall seriously ill with food poisoning and then be treated like you’re a nuisance for asking to see the hotel doctor. There was a big problem with people falling ill at this hotel and the attitude of Ikos towards this was unacceptable. They were not nice and did not care that due to their negligence, half of our holiday was ruined and thousands of pounds down the drain. Other than that, the pools were nice, room was fine apart from the dodgy air con and the pool service varied depending on who was working that day. Would absolutely never return.

Amazing place and 5* service. Before I start I would just like to say I have extremely high standards and a OCD freak! so this may help if you are reading all the reviews like I did. On arrival we were blown away by the views and the decor of the hotel. Lovely welcome with refreshments. Room - We had a panoramic sea view junior suit . It was plenty big enough for myself, partner and 4 year old. The rooms are a little basic in terms of style and don’t completely fit the rest of the hotel interior although modern enough but most importantly to me immaculately clean!! The cleaners were amazing and went above and beyond everyday. The bed was comfy although pillows need upgrading. I have to add. Hairdryers need upgrading desperately. If you have a Dyson take it with you! Staff- The level of service here I found made our stay that little bit more special. Every single employee were so lovely and attentive. They made so much effort with my child and couldn’t do enough always with a smile on there face. Special mention to Diana that looked after us most days by the pool and was amazing!! Iliana was an absolute dream for anything I needed and made sure we were looked after so well. Kira also was so lovely and so helpful. When ringing for room service everything was bought up so quickly and everything you asked for you got! Staff were also amazing in restaurants and in the lobby bars. I can’t remember the names of the bar staff in sky building but they were brilliant in the evenings. Cleaninliness- 10/10 can’t fault! Food - I am an extremely fussy eater but was overly impressed. breakfast and lunch had a good variety to offer. We ate at the grill house, in our opinion by far the best restaurant. Provence was really good and fresco- amazing tomato soup! We ate at Ergon deli and Anaya these didn’t live up to expectations for me. Absolute shame as Thai is my favourite food. We ate at ozou for lunch one day and I was a little disappointed. I was worried about reviews regarding food poisoning but we had no issues at all and we ate everything so don’t let that put you off at all. I could of and I would have missed out on this hotel. We went out to the old town and borrowed the ikos Tesla. We had a great time the Greek people are truly so kind and welcoming compared to us English 🤣 Entertainment- Good entertainment, not tacky and we absolutely loved the cello player and singer she was incredible. The band and blues brothers were so good and they really put the effort in. Unfortunately we missed the white party on the beach and listened on the balcony and regretted it big time! Overall I didn’t want to come home and had the most perfect family holiday. I would 100% book here again just because you know you will not be disappointed and it was worth every penny. Thanks to all the staff at ikos dassia for going that extra mile. We will be back.

Our second time going to Ikos (first time at Dassia) and it was exactly what we expected. Just amazing. You pay a premium price and everything you get with it is beyond premium. We had a small hiccup at one of the restaurants and the public relations manager was very quick to rectify and ensure we felt looked after. Me and my husband are very active people so we spent literally every day of our 10 day holiday down at the sports centre either in the gym, playing tennis, or both! We cannot praise Fiovas Rouvas and the rest of his team enough. They made us feel truly welcome without it feeling forced like they had to only because of their job. They took the time out of they day to always just speak to us, have a laugh, and talk sport. Cleanliness was spot on, food was just incredible, scenery perfect. We booked Olivia for next year, however have sadly had to cancel due to finding out I am pregnant and due roughly the same time as the booking. But we will most definitely be back at another Ikos soon. Cannot recommend more!

We had a great break. The options for meals was amazing and worked well for adults and kids. A football academy on site was a great asset with an energetic 7 year old and a quiet play area outdoors and indoors in the day. Having a variety of restaurants scattered around the hotel made it very special with such a variety of food and water sports for those who liked that. Would recommend this for adults and children.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great and the resort is very modern with great restaurants and lots to do, we did a sunset cruise, watersports, diving and sports activities and all were well run and fun. The Sports team were particularly engaging, my son had football coaching with Napoleon, he is a great coach; very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and easy to get along with. My son loved it. I would definitely recommend a family holiday.

A beautiful boutique beachfront resort with amazing 5* restaurants and facilities. We travelled with our two year old and there were endless options to keep her happy and entertained. We have no complaints about service. If anything they went over and above. I would definitely recommend Odisia for a family holiday if you're looking for fun for the whole family. We're already planning our next visit.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 4. To quote my 7 and 5 year olds, Ikos Odisia has "the best chicken nuggets they've ever had". Rooms are not particularly plush but are functional. Everything is still very new since the resort was only built last year. Service is excellent and everyone we interacted with did their best. Maybe they could use a few more staff in the bars to reduce waiting times but it's a very minor complaint. The food was mostly excellent. I especially appreciated that all venues had a kids menu for fussy eaters. The free Tesla hire is stress free and a great perk, we used it to explore the island. The beaches are lovely, plenty of sand and lots of shallow water for the children to explore. Lounger service everywhere. Very few complaints, I would definitely return.

Excellent facilities, food and views. Spent a huge amount to take family of 13 away for a week. Biggest issues we faced included: 1. Buggies - not enough of them for such a vast resort especially when you have grandparents who struggle with mobility. Waited over 25 minutes for one buggy. Waited for over 10 minutes on other occasions and then simply gave up! A high profile footballer was there with his family. We were told we couldn’t arrange specific times for the buggy to collect our family from the restaurant but that was clearly not the case for him despite both my family and his staying in the “deluxe” apartments - clearly his money is greener than ours! 2. Shower issues in one room that had to be fixed on 2 separate occasions 3. Ant infestation in our deluxe apartment - had to call several times to sort issue. My experience was heavily influenced by the buggy issue and others seemingly receiving better treatment due to the high profile name. I’ve visited 3 IKOS resorts over the past 3 years and spent in excess of £100k. Next time I’ll be reviewing my options and looking for alternatives which is something I thought I’d never say!

Out of the 3 Ikos resorts we have been to this was a little disappointing. The service was not like the others, there was no comparison. The food quality was low which was very surprisingly. Variety was there, but no local cuisine and sometimes the food wasn’t fresh. The staff (mangers) were eager to listen to our concerns and very polite. Rooms were good size and clean. The facilities were great (kids especially) and kept well. Garden village pool staff were lovely and very helpful.

Amazing holiday with fabulous food and lovely staff. Christina and Grace in customer relations were so helpful. Beautiful views from all restaurants in the resort and pretty much everywhere you go, including the gym. The grounds are immaculately looked after and attract lots of butterflies. Never felt cramped as very spread out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay as a family of three (our daughter is 2 years old). Everything was beyond perfect, from our arrival to the departure, nothing disappointed us. The food is the best I had in a hotel so far, the staff is friendly and helpful, the installations are spotless and everything is well thought. The rooms are spacious and the views were great. My toddler was smiling non stop, and her happiness made our stay even more unforgettable! Ikos Andalusia was our first time in an Ikos resort and it won’t be the last. Best all inclusive resort without any doubt, the concept is the best we experienced so far.

This hotel is well worth its five stars, including the ones given here. The staff are amazing, all speak good English, and are always on hand to offer whatever you want to eat or drink. The food is amazing with enormous choice across five a la carte restaurants, a very high quality buffet-style restaurant and its own Chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) on the beach just across the promenade from the hotel. A great hotel for families with lots for children and adults, including many sport and fitness activities. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

I lost count of the number of swimming pools available, including a serene adult-only pool for some quiet relaxation. The service was just perfect—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Top quality 5star all inclusive. Set out on a reasonable size resort, not too far waking from end to end with little ones. Beach is a dark sand so too hot for little ones. Pools are good with just the right amount of sun loungers. It's just a big shame there is no creative water slides or jets or fountains for the 2 - 16yr olds. The toddler splash slide and jets are very sad and small compared to everything else. No pools go deeper than 130cm either. Staff are super friendly. Plenty of bikes to use. Shop for inflatables and kids toys is well stocked. The show is pretty good, just maybe a little short. Food was very high quality, but oddly the dishes varied enormously in size / ability to fill and sustain you. Watch out for sewage smell from time to time, but don't think that is the fault of Ikos.

An amazing stay here, the hotel is exceptional, really stunning, service is wonderful and feels like there is an extremely positive culture amongst staff. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants service and quality is fantastic. Dropped a star on location as the beach is poor at best. For the hour we went there, JCB diggers were going past, there is litter and just a run down feel, definitely don’t come here for the beach, however the pools are all brilliant and there’s no idiots creeping down at 7am putting towels on loungers, plenty of space everywhere. Loved it, perfect family getaway will now visit the other Ikos resorts.

Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. Would like to say a special thank you to Anthony the reception manager, Thomas in guest relations, Georgia who arranged our late check out and Florin the waiter in the adult pool area. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

This was our 4th Ikos resort we’ve stayed at and I’m sorry to say that we won’t be returning to this particular one. The food quality was really poor, meals arrived cold and the majority of meals were tasteless. Fruit juices arrived tasting like they’d been watered down at the pool area and they were warm and un- drinkable. After giving this feedback to the management they redeemed themselves with the food on the last night of our holiday, but overall highly disappointed with our stay here.

A truly 5* experience. The resort and everything about it is superb. World-class dining, with world-class service to match, it oozes sophistication. Our first Ikos visit, but it won't be the last, simply superb.

Fantastic place. Relaxed, friendly and fun. Great food, staff are friendly helpful and very accommodating. Rooms all have a decent view. Many areas have child free zones not that children are any trouble, the staff love them and are trained in child care… as long as parents help in ‘difficult moments’. Lots of daily activities for kids and adults if you like that stuff including borrowing a Tesla for the day (free). Food is great many restaurants to choose from - booking dinner recommended for some restaurants. Highly recommended.

The booking for Ikos Aria went very smooth and this was already our first experience of the outstanding customer service that Ikos provides. A week before our arrival, I sent an e-mail to the resort with some practical questions and within only a few minutes I received a clear and friendly reply from Christina D, who even took care of some things pro-actively. We were lucky to being able to meet her during our stay. She and her team also take care of the Ikos Whatsapp group, which is a very handy tool for restaurant bookings etc. Also here very quick replies and outstanding service Upon arrival at the airport we were awaited by our driver with a personalized sign. The drive from the airport to the resort was very comfortable and didn’t take long. Arriving at the resort, we were welcomed in a very professional and friendly way by Stamena (reception desk) who provided us with all information we needed regarding the resort, restaurants, our room, the car rental and interesting places to see, the shuttle to Kos, etc….. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were kindly invited to already go the buffet and come back after our lunch to pick up the key to our room. Our room was beautiful, well located and had an amazing view. We had a fixed cleaning lady called Tzouli, who was always very friendly and did a great job. On her day off the room was clean as well, but she took cleaning to a next level. The location of the resort is great, the rock that is lighted at night is really spectacular. The public areas (eg lobby, ..) were very clean and had very nice furniture. The outdoor teras was very spacious, very beautiful and the view from there spectacular. The service at the pool was great. Towels were provided for and before we even could sit down, Spyros or Souleiman already brought us cans of still and sparkling water . During the day they came around regularly asking if we needed anything (without it being annoying) and in the morning we got some snack (usually some fresh fruit : very nice) During our stay we had meals in every restaurant and were never disappointed. Not only the food was excellent, also the wines were delicious and the staff being so friendly, professional and caring. Also their knowledge about wines and their recommendations (depending on what we ate) were always the perfect pairing. The buffet restaurant (Flavors) had a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and diner. We however preferred to have our meals at the other restaurants. Our favourites. Breakfast at the cosy Kos restaurant, were Athanasia, Yiannis, Sofia and Paula were our regular (fantastic waiters). We also enjoyed our diners at Kos and again not only for the food but also for the great service. Lunch at Fresco, where Veronica was welcoming us and Yiota, Marielou , Dimitris , Jurgen were serving us and Alex was always making excellent recommendations regarding the wines. Georgios, being responsible for both Fresco and Oliva did a great job too. Making sure all customers were well served and helped out where needed, still with full respect towards his team. Our favourites for dinner Provence : beautiful setting, very nice food and also here excellent service. Ana was a great host and together with her colleagues/ team they added great value . Kos : as earlier mentioned in the breakfast part. Oliva : where Alexios was our waiter with excellent wine recommendations We also enjoyed the shuttle service to Kos and the offered Tesla car rental. Although we usually go to adults only resorts, the presence of children didn’t bother us at all. The way Ikos provides for areas with kids and without in a natural way, is very good. Check out went very smoothly and we were even offered some extra water to take along for the ride to the airport. They really think of everything. We will be back next year

Friendly and welcoming from the 1st minute you arrive. Comfy clean room with good size balcony. Good selection of food and drinks, with good staff waiting tables. Pool side entertainment is excellent, for children and adults. Jean and his team are excellent at water aerobics/dance. The girls have so much energy and the men have nice bums for the ladies to view. The animation team shows are excellent, the staff have so much energy, time for a chat and make you very welcome. Cannot say anything bad about our stay, lovely place.

It's a lovely hotel. Grounds are lovely, and everything is kept clean all the time. Good selection of drinks, and the food is probably the best ai food I've had. Staff are excellent too. The room was pretty cramped and dated. The shower is not a great experience as the shower curtain was too small and kept clinging around us, flooding the bathroom each time. The rooms are also not very sound proof, constant noise. As its peak season, I found the whole experience not very relaxing at all. Too many people for the facilities. The main dinner hall was more of a job to get through rather than a nice relaxing meal. Busy, noisy, stressful. The Italian restaurant doesn't have as much choice, but we found this to be much quieter and calming. Entertainment and kids' pools and big pools were excellent, but again, there were not enough beds for all the guests, so we couldn't always get to relax there. Most days there, we had to reserve a bed before breakfast (which I hate doing) or sit on an uncomfortable bench. All in all, the hotel is pretty great but overbooked in the summer months. I'd definitely come again, as is it beautiful, however would return either earlier or later in the year, as I'm not leaving very relaxed unfortunately.

We stayed for 10 days at Blau Punta Reina and it was truly amazing. Everything from the food to the drink choices, the cleanliness of the rooms, pools, resort, to the staff who were all exceptionally friendly. The view is amazing, and it takes about 10minutes to walk down to the beach. I’d like to highlight the animation team: They were all fantastic. The activities they planned were so much fun (for kids and (!) for adults) and they were so lovely, funny, empathetic, motivational and entertaining. Kiko, who’s doing all the lights and sounds of the stage is a sweetheart and works nonstop to give the guests the best experience possible. Just like Sandra, Zdenka, Rachel, Robin, and all of the other great people from the animation team. I’m usually not one to do a lot of activities on vacation, but they really hyped everyone up and I enjoyed taking part as well as seeing them perform. The restaurant staff and everyone who worked at the bar was so nice es well. They were working hard on helping guests/ giving great service/ and giving everyone a smile on the face. In summary it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone (not just families with small kids) Thank you, for giving us a vacation to remember :)

A gem of a resort tucked away on a peninsular between two beautiful beaches. 3 great sized pools, serviced by staff who are constantly smiling. There are lots of options for food and drink, even for the fussiest person. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the renovated rooms are bright and modern. This is our second year of coming and our children love the pools and animation team who all work tirelessly. It's good to see some of the same staff members from last year too. Tomás always kept our drinks filled of an evening and remembered us from the year before. Thanks again

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in August, 2024. Even though it was quite full, the hotel is big enough to accommodate everyone; the facilities are amazing and they have a lot of activities for the kids. The food is great with several options. The rooms are comfortable. My only criticism would be that some of the receptionist are sometimes unfriendly and impolite. On our second day at the hotel, my son woke up in the morning with bites on his body resembling bed bug bites. I informed a lady receptionist about it and was shocked by her attitude. She was so nonchalant about it and spoke to me in an impolite manner. Ultimately the cleaning ladies (who by the way are the nicest of all the staffs) came and treated the mattresses, but we never got an apology from the receptionist or the hotel which showed a lack of concern for their guests. Moreover, there isn’t much outside the hotel to do. The beach is a short distance away - the hotel does provide a shuttle bus to the beach at regular interval - and the nearest tourist attractions are about 30 mins away. Nevertheless, we had a nice time overall.
