The Seychelles archipelago enjoys a wonderful tropical climate, which means the islands are blessed with warm weather and sunshine all year round, and temperatures averaging between 24°C and 32°C. The mercury rises above 30°C in the summertime from December to February and rarely falls below the mid-20s in the winter season from June to August. The periods between April and May or October and November are a great time to visit when temperatures are very pleasant and conditions are calmer, as these are the months between the two trade winds which hit the islands annually. The months between April and October during the drier months, when the sea is calm and conditions are ideal for setting out to explore the incredible natural attractions. You will encounter some rainfall in the wet season from December to February but the showers are normally short-lived.
