Unfortunately, my experience at this place was disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, with dust and dirt visible on the floors and furniture. Even worse, the bed linens were dirty, suggesting that they hadn't been changed regularly. The room also had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. I expected better cleanliness standards, but the experience fell far below expectations. I do not recommend staying here unless there is a significant improvement in hygiene.
Update: I’m happy to say that the issues I mentioned before have been completely resolved. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the linens were fresh this time. I appreciate the quick response from the management and the effort they put into making things right."

I celebrated my Birthday here and I can say enjoyed it and had fun, the hotel was excellent in terms of service and facilities, they even gave me a surprise Birthday cake which i appreciated so much.
I would like to give a special commendation to Mr.Fabian in assisting me over the phone regarding the amendment of my booking, he's been very patient with me even though i'' getting a little bit frustrated with my booking.
A special thanks as well to Mr.Karim of the reception team in assisting us during our arrival.

I am extremely happy by extraordinary service @ Lapita hotel resort. I had spent exceptional family time ever in my life. I have frequent traveler due to my Business nature and I sow so many excellent hotel and resort around the world. However, Lapita hotel is exceptional memory for me in everything. specially, they go extra mile to make my 10th year anniversary and my kids birthday special without fee. As a Marriott Bonvoy client I appreciate the hotel team and management in an exceptional. Thank you! I recommend for all Lapita!!!!!!!

Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but there were a few service-related issues that fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, check-in took about 25 minutes, which seemed unusually long and not in line with the standard I expected. After multiple follow-ups, my bags finally reached after 1 hour 30 min my room at 5:15 PM, which was frustrating as it required 4-5 calls. I had booked two rooms, but otter room I received the key at 6 PM.
On the positive side, it’s a kid-friendly hotel with good breakfast options and a nice buffet. However, the pool and lazy river were not temperature-controlled, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom was missing some standard amenities.
That said, we did receive tickets to Dubai Park, which made for a fun outing with the kids, and they really enjoyed it.
Overall, while the experience was pleasant, the hotel could improve its service efficiency.

Staff members are accommodating and friendly, always willing to offer their assistance. The swimming pool and facilities were beautifully designed with a Polynesian concept.
Mr. Ratheesh, the dining hall chef, was very friendly provided excellent service, and made sure we had everything we needed during our breakfast at the hall.
The activities were enjoyable for the kids, and the hotel is family-friendly. Without a doubt, We plan to visit this hotel once more in the upcoming months.
