I wanted to share my recent experience at the hotel where I stayed during my work trip. Overall, I found the hotel to be of good quality. However, I did face some challenges during my stay that I believe are important to address. One issue I encountered was the noise coming from the room next to mine, which was a bit disruptive. Thankfully, the hotel staff were able to resolve the issue promptly. On another note, I found the room service to be quite slow, with wait times averaging around an hour. I felt it was important to share these aspects of my stay with you so that you are aware of both the positives and areas for improvement at this hotel.

Yami AlYami

I think one of the best accommodations in Dubai for all and especially for families with kids. You will get free access to 4 different theme parks. If you stay for three nights you can access all the parks multiple times even in the same day. Even though I faced an issue with my room in the beginning, after discussing with them they tried their best to assure my satisfaction. The single room is better than a suite from my point of view, especially if you get a good view. The breakfast is amazing especially comparing to what you pay. A lot of dishes and varieties to choose from. It is like a festival 😊 Recommended.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The service really blew me away. I absolutely felt so taken care of all staff full of smiles and very attentive. Polite and courteous. Really great service. Special mention to Sofia she was a star. Really appreciate her service and Polite nature. The buggy driver's very Polite and helpful as my mother was weak so took long in and out if the buggy but they were patient and very polite. I will absolutely be back.

This is my second stay at Lapita Hotel, and I chose it again because of its proximity to the parks, particularly during the winter season. I booked two connecting rooms but encountered several issues during my stay. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt, and the balcony had an empty bottle left behind. Additionally, the bathroom lock was broken, and despite contacting the hotel for repairs, it was not addressed. I also ordered a blanket, which was delayed, and even after requesting it late at night, it never arrived. There was no coffee machine in the room, which felt inconvenient, especially in a five-star establishment. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a large portion of Indian dishes, which may not appeal to all guests. On one occasion, I used the hotel’s public restroom, which was in an unsanitary condition. While the staff were friendly, these issues significantly impacted the overall experience, and I would not consider this hotel worthy of a five-star rating.

Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection, is a true gem! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and luxury. I had a wonderful stay at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection. The F&B options were fantastic, and the service was excellent throughout. A special thanks to Sophia at reception for her warm and helpful demeanor, which made our experience even better. We stayed in room 9315 from Friday to Monday, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a memorable stay!
