Good cheap accommodation close to everything. Cleaner than some of the up Market ones I was staying at. Just gave an extra star the guy at the front door made my day. He's adorable 🥰

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The security guard, front staff, and housekeepers were all lovely and provided kind, respectful service with a smile, and one of the highlights is the lovely security guard who always greets us with kind respect and a warm smile—every time we visit. The front staff and housekeepers are equally friendly, making the stay pleasant and welcoming. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic this time. There was an issue with the reservation name not matching what was in the All Accor app, and the front office staff seemed overwhelmed during the prime check-in hours, which caused some delays. The room and facilities are standard for an Ibis, offering the basic amenities you’d expect. The breakfast was acceptable, though nothing extraordinary. While the stay was enjoyable overall, improving the check-in process would make the experience even better.

Lovely staff. The security guard, and Dear at reception and Fon behind the bar are lovely. We had the family room with bunks. Great! Big and comfortable and even had a PlayStation. Location near the beach is great. Great value. Highly recommended.

The room is okay. I mean you get what you pay for ... The staff is okay , I should thank the Front office manager because we had an issue with the room and she has upgraded us to a superior room without any discussions, the location is not that great I mean yes you have the beach very close by but if you're looking for a decent local breakfast options you need to get to the center which is more than 2 km from there ...

Pretty good pet friendly hotel. The bed is so soft and firmed. Slept well in it. Reasonable price definitely come back again

Best pet-welcomed hotel we stayed so far. AMAZING! Everything is thoughtfully curated/selected. I can't recommend the resort enough. And it's also beach front. Both fur babies and human had a nice stay! The in-room dining are so yummy. I broke my Keto for the seafood /Tom-Yum and Pina Colada. Yummy!

This hotel is a budget-friendly option under the Centara brand. The quality is only average, not fantastic. The cleanliness inside the hotel is good, but the surroundings are a bit old. The breakfast options are often too sweet.

Highly recommended family friendly resort. With great beachfront location where you can exclusively indulged in sandy beach, my kid is excited to access with pool facilities with slider and staff is very attentive and have a full eyes on situation when my kid is running around at the edge of pool. Thanks to Jane who did check in and provide an exceptional service and upgrade our room. The bellboy ( sadly i could not catch his name) is courteous and kind. Breakfast is varied and nice spread on demand. Welcome drink by having a paper cup can be improved and make it better to serve in glass at lobby at least while checking in. It appears hotel is under staffing when we would like to get a bottle of wine at beach bar and waited a while. Somehow we felt a bit upset when we tried to get a table at breakfast during peak hour and we found it empty, neat one at entrance, then decided to make it down suddenly we were informed this was reserved by owner and asked to move out. We understood but customer shall be priority and caring-oriented when it comes to hotel service industry. Above all, nice value but some cons can be implemented in accordance with centara brand.

Had a pleasant stay here. Well trained staff. Clean room. Nice and clean swim-able private beach. Good size pool with 2 slides. Great breakfast buffet. Family friendly. Would go back again.

Great room, pool had a temp liner on it. No water movement so I think filtration was off. May run at night. Staff was great. Very accommodating.

good old hotel, the facilities are good but not the latest one. staff around the pool area were really nice, but not at the front office one where the guy who supposed to show me the room walk so fast and didnt even care to wait for me, let alone helping with the luggage. otherwise it's such a good place with a great location to spend the holiday with family without spending a lot of money.

Rooms looking bit tried but clean. Bit out of the way but nice weekend market nearby Didn't trust pool as looking very green which is shame as it was one of the reasons I booked it

From my experience, I would like to shout out to Ms. Piyamas, she was working in the breakfast room and shout out to the staff that work at the pool they are do good job of service to the customer an very take good care of customer and the staff cleaning the room they do very good job of services to the customer. except the reception desk needs a lot of customer services training.

great stay by the beach. pretty unlucky our aircon leaked, probably something unusual. breakfast is just ok, not that great, but for that price it's quite value worthy. pool is ok, parking is shaded lots of trees all around, nice to not bake our car.

We stayed on the smaller site. There are two sites, one traditional large hotel, the other cabin style. We got lucky and didn't have a neighbor so kids could be loud at night. The smaller site is very kid friendly: wading pool, playground, soft sand and beach close by. Water in this area is more green than clear, but it's not freezing. Breakfast is expensive, payed 990 for me and my wife, but they have amazing bread. You can even cut fresh loaves. Also omelet bar, bacon, as well as some Thai regular dishes.. Definitely more and better options than your traditional continental breakfast. The bigger hotel has the restaurants but there is a shuttle between, just ask the desk. DONT get the orange juice at the hotel restaurant. Expensive. Just get your kids water. But happy hour is great. Expect to pay around 300-400 baht per meal. Food is good.There's one by the water with less options, mostly pizza, that's a little pricier but with view of the ocean.

I had technical problems with the booking and in the hotel they sent us to their neighboring partner-hotel, then back to chalet again some waiting and finally got the room key. No excuses, no support, no introduction to the facilities. Staff could have been better. The hut is very nice and clean, it is just a few steps to pool&beach area.

I was there on 13-14.01.2023 at the regent bungalow. Facilities and maintenance are good. but, hugely disappointed by the receptionist, we didn't feel welcome. Bunch of kids sitting at the reception like government officers, don't smile, or even greets., They should be trained how to interact with guests. Can't believe the regent has a hospitality school, you guys teach hospitality while your employee doesn't know how to treat the guests., Highly dissatisfied with the receptionist. Train them!, Never going back
