Hotel was a little dated but not bad at all. The breakfast has many options and is a good value for the money. The pool was nice and has good seating. The water seems clean but the pool itself is old and could use some work, but over all it is not bad. The beach is very close and the Cicada market is a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily.
Over all it is was happy with my stay. I look forward to a visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While it is a bit old, the spacious rooms make it very comfortable. We stayed in Room A703 and enjoyed a beautiful ocean view. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast menu offered a wide variety of options. The pool, located close to the ocean, was a fantastic feature. The hotel’s location is perfect—this part of the beach is peaceful, and both the beach and night markets are just a short walk away. Although the hotel is slightly dated, it was still a great experience. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect for photo shoots, as it’s near the sea. The rooms and facilities, though a bit dated, are comfortable and well-maintained. Prices are reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Attentive and friendly staff ,some can communicate well in English. Also serve a great service . It’s a suitable place for family and friends to relax and enjoy a vacation. The large pool is a nice feature, though the water could be cleaner. ( some leaves in there) Overall, a pleasant stay with a 6.5/10 rating.

We had a great time at this hotel! It's old, which some might not like, but the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and two weekend night markets. This part of the beach is nice and quiet, so it’s super relaxing. The staff were friendly, too! The only issue we had was everything here is old, like the AC was pretty noisy, which made it hard to sleep, and the walls were thin, so you could hear your neighbors. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was worth it.

Missed Potential Despite Good Location and Spacious Rooms
The hotel has friendly staff and a well equipped espresso bar, which unfortunately is butchered by the ”barista” who turns a very capable manual espresso machine to something worse than instant coffee. Its location is excellent for the price, and the pool by the ocean is a highlight for families. The rooms are spacious, which is a plus, but unfortunately, the overall experience falls short.
Cleanliness is a significant issue. Our balcony was covered in cobwebs and insect remains, and furniture above eye level had layers of dust. The mirrors, while stylish, were poorly cleaned and still had toothpaste marks from previous guests. Several lightbulbs were broken and not replaced, and one of the windows had a damaged sunshade. Low-quality repairs were noticeable throughout the room.
The hotel has two pools, but one has been closed and repurposed as a sand garden, seemingly for an extended period. The remaining pool is poorly maintained, with sand accumulating from ocean spray, indicating a lack of regular cleaning.
The hotel grounds are neglected, with debris, rotting vegetation, and pinecones scattered around. Walking barefoot near the pool is uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.
While the spacious rooms and prime location have potential, the lack of proper maintenance and cleaning overshadows these positives. Despite being affordable, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. Improvements in upkeep and attention to detail are urgently needed.
