Great stay! Location is very good and close to the beach as well as general stores and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Good value for money! The staff was very helpful and professional. We especially want to thank Oi, who made sure we had a vegan option for breakfast. She really went out of her way to assure the whole staff knew and took care of us! The breakfast buffet was decent, turns into an Italian restaurant in the evening, also recommended.

The pools have limited sunbed capacity and are often fully occupied early in the morning. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Reception staff rarely greet guests. The hotel is attractive and set in a garden, but a major downside is that the staff often wakes you as early as 6 a.m. with leaf raking and similar activities.

The hotel is on the main road within easy walking distance from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and tailor's shops etc. Once inside the accommodation, gardens and pools you are surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife. The noise from the road becomes silent. The rooms are large, well furnished and comfortable. The grounds, public areas and rooms are kept immaculate by the staff. The pools were surrounded by many sunbeds, parasols and tables. All staff are very pleasant and keen to help. I have mobility issues and the hotel took an order from me for bottled water and soft drinks, the local 7/11 delivered to reception who then brought it to my room. I mentioned issues with the shower having nothing to hold onto and floor being slippery. Within the hour they sourced a mat and an elbow crutch for my use which helped. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent, it happily tweaked the menu to suit. The food was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast had options for cereal, fruit, pastries, breads and hot local dishes, assorted freshly cooked eggs boiled, poached, scrambled, fried and omelette cooked to order.

We spent here on the Villa bungalow. Been here in the past 8 years ago and it was a great hotel. But it has changed negatively in my opinion. The rooms dont seem to be cleaned after well. Still dirty even shortly after they clean. The staff at the Reception and restaurant dont seem much motivated and unattentive. Pai who also works at the Pool Bar was such a friendly and Hard working Staff. But other than that especially at the Front desk a lot of Times the staff doesnt even greet. Thats unacceptable. The staff at the reception represents the hotel. The breakfast was not very good and fruits were very limited. We will not come back anymore. Sorry to write a honest bad Review. The location is good to be directly in the centre. But the staff and room itself is not Worth it.

Met with what I would class as a “not fit for purpose” room. Furniture old and “clunky”, flooring was pulled up in places, an inch thick of dust on the back of a tv which they must have bought in the early 2000’s. Wooden door entry to bathroom loose, so nearly tripped over it (glad I was wearing shoes). Bathroom looked unclean. Tile in bathroom looked like it was hanging on for dear life, and I was concerned it was going to snap off at any moment. Air con did not cool the room at all. We have paid for upgrade to a “villa”- barely an apology given for the mess so far. We shall see how breakfast and other aspects go, this is only 1 hour since stepping in the resort..

This hotel is excellent for the price. The room was a bit outdated but it was neat.The breakfast is great and has a lot of options. Pool is nice and the beach is only 100m from the hotel. Many restaurants nearby and 7eleven. Kudos to the housekeeping. The room was very clean and all the surrounding spaces, pool, garden, lobby, restaurant. Wonderful stay I recommend it!

A fantastic resort at a very good price. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pools are both lovely, and the staff service is great. A perfect quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely go back here!

We stayed in the hotel for a full week in January. On the positive side: - good location, 2min walk to the beach (no sunbeds available to rent on the whole beach, they are all owned by private beachfront hotels), 10 min walk to the cafés, bars, restaurants, 7eleven - great pool/garden area, plenty of sunbeds (not only by the pool but also everywhere on the grass area under palm trees), always clean - good happy hour cocktails offer, great drinks (11am-5pm - 110THB) - good size room and terrace, small but very good fridge (palm villa) - good coffee in the bar/restaurant - washing machine and tumble dryer on site (on the entrance gate), 50THB per 10kg load, automatic 1h wash (you can dry lots of your washing on your terrace and drying racks provided in the room) - great massage service in the garden area (only slightly more expensive than in town), but worth every penny, therapists were exceptional and very skilled (400THB for thai massage) - good room service, room was cleaned even on late requests - all minor requests we've had were sorted in minutes - good lunch (unlike breakfast) - comfy bed (hard mattress) On the negative side: - very dated hotel, it desperately needs renovation, - extremely low water pressure in the shower - loud AC - people reserving sunbeds very early in the morning, average age of visitors is probably 60 - very poor breakfast, decided to skip it few times unfortunately It could of been a fantastic place, it just needs some investment and attention, at best it feels like a 3☆ hotel at the moment.

THE DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BUSINESS INVOICE despite booking a business trip! They try to avoid paying taxes and blame Booking.com! I really enjoyed my stay here for the price! The rooms are a bit old fashioned and require renovation, but other than that everything was great. They have to do sth about the mosquitos at the pool’s bathroom though!

very good price-standard ratio. it’s not the most luxurious hotel but room was very clean and smelled good! (which is not guaranteed even at more expensive hotels) my only problem was extremely bad internet almost unusable other than checking emails or text messages.
