- Full American breakfast at Indigo Restaurant (6.30am to 10.30am)
- Buffet lunch at Indigo or an a la carte lunch at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or La Plage (12.30pm to 3pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Buffet dinner at Indigo, an a la carte dinner at Dolce Vita (supplement applies on non-all-inclusive items) or food credit on an a la carte dinner at La Plage (6.30pm to 10pm, La Plage closed on Sunday)
- Beverages, including imported wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, signature cocktails of the day, draught beer, house mineral water, soft drinks, milkshakes, teas and coffee (dependent on venue), at Coral Bar (10am to 11pm), Ti-Bar (3pm to 11pm), H&H Lounge (6pm to 12am, beverages served after 11pm at a charge), Shakers Nightclub (Open on selected days)

Amazing hotel. Great amenities. Very accommodating. The staff have been fantastic. The service is second to none. A special thanks to Balram and his team. Especially Sheila who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed from special breakfasts and lunches for us and always greeting us with a smile.
Deena and Samantha made sure we had the best time and gave us everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come to Mauritius.

Went to Ambre hotel for a day package to celebrate my brother's birthday.
Had a great service especially and would like to thank Mrs Nicoletta who made sure we are comfortable and satisfied with everything.
She was so friendly, kind and her jokes were the best.
The view was a wow. Loved the atmosphere and the food also delicious.

This was my second stay at Ambre Hotel, and once again, I was amazed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the staff, especially Mr. Reyad and Mrs Samantha, whose efforts I truly appreciated. The food was absolutely incredible, and the breathtaking views of the beach created a true paradise atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
