Let me start on a positive note the place is very beautiful with beach access and good quality facilities like the heated pool. The location is beautiful but everything is isolated and it takes a 1 hour to reach Port Louis and other malls which in turn affect the price of taxi’s making it go up. If you are a vegetarian or have dietary restrictions this place is not for you. The chef does take in requests but the food was not up to par for the price Also most resorts try scamming people into exchanging money at their reception for a more expensive rate I recommend going to an exchange shop

We have just returned from two lovely weeks at this hotel on the "all inclusive " tariff. We had a wonderful time, with interesting and tasty meals, all served by delightful, helpful and friendly staff. Without exception, everyone working at the hotel was polite and welcoming and we were very sorry to leave. Clearly there are changes happening, presumably due to the recent change of ownership which meant that one of the swimming pools was being refurbished, and the a la carte restaurant was closed, but none of these factors impacted our enjoyment.

Nice place to chill with family. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. We visited the hotel for the second time. Our children liked the heated swimming pool. On the flip side, I felt that the kids club could be a little bit more organized. The staffs should be trained to ensure safety of the children under their responsibility at all times.

We spent 2 nights here because the hotel we booked got overbooked. The location of the hotel is amazing! I loved the park with the lots of palm trees and tropical birds which were singing all day and I felt like I was in a tropical house in a zoo. Also the beach is beautiful and clean, the sand is white and smooth and the ocean is clear and warm. I loved spending time on the beach! However… the hotel itself is a bit old and desperately needs refurbishment… Our room must have been imposant 20 years ago but not today.. Also the staff is not so professional.. they don’t know how to clean properly. I could have cleaned the room much better myself, the toilet was stinky and I could see the traces of previous guests everywhere… Probably it was only our room because it was located near the main area but it was sooo loud! The windows and walls are not noise proof and we could hear the performances every night like it was a private concert in our bedroom. It was really annoying. The service at the bars is also not the best… every time I asked for the same cocktail I received it differently. Like the bartender didn’t know what he was doing. It is not 4 star level. Therefore my overall review is 3 stars because the location is breathtaking but the hotel itself needs imrpovement.

DO NOT BOOK - December 2024 1. Ants were crawling all over the furniture, especially near the coffee and tea station. 2. Towels were never available. After using the pool, we requested clean towels daily and were told they were "still washing." On 27/12/24, there were no towels in the morning, so we couldn’t shower. 3. One basin had no hot water, and the other was clogged. 4. In Bedroom 2, the ceiling fan didn’t work at all. 5. The WiFi in our block was completely unusable. Staff admitted it doesn’t work in that area. 6. Neither TV in the rooms worked. 7. Housekeeping was awful. We requested shampoo and conditioner and never received them. 8. The aqua park was not functional. 9. Passes to other Radisson hotels were advertised but never provided. This seems like a complete scam. 10. We waited 20 minutes for a manager to address our complaints, but no one showed up. **Avoid this place at all costs.** If I could give it zero stars, I would.
