I went for a dinner on the occasion of my father's birthday celebration. Food was excellent. The deserts were a delight! Service was very good. Staffs were helpful, kind and welcoming too but also keeps an eye to see what you need. The atmosphere: peaceful and serene. Keeping in mind the greenery that reflects the perspective of preserving the nature and maintaining the environment! The live shows and music: ROCK 'n' ROLL!! Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. This was my very first honeymoon, and I could not have imagined a better place to celebrate this special moment than Mauricia Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained, and I was so impressed by the thoughtful touches – after every cleaning, the housekeeping team surprised us with lovely towel decorations on the bed, which made our stay feel extra special and romantic. The food and drinks were exceptional. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, from local Mauritian specialties to international dishes. The presentation and taste were always wonderful, and the staff in the restaurants and bars were friendly, professional, and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel’s location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach, with shops, restaurants, and exciting activities nearby. We loved taking walks along the shore, exploring local cafés, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Everything was within easy reach, and the environment felt safe and secure, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our honeymoon. What made this stay truly unforgettable, though, was the overall care and warmth from the entire team. Every small detail, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the exceptional service and attention, showed that they truly care about making each guest’s experience perfect. I can honestly say this was the best honeymoon I could have hoped for, and I am so happy that we spent it at Mauricia Hotel. It’s not just a hotel – it’s a place where you feel cared for, appreciated, and completely relaxed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic, memorable, and unforgettable getaway. Our family group of 11 people from Australia had a wonderful 8 night stay at Grand Baie Mauricia Beachcomber. The location was perfect with easy access to the shops of Grand Baie. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the other facilities were also excellent. We took the half board option of breakfast and dinner. The variety and quality of food was fabulous. It was the highlight of the day to see what was being freshly prepared on the buffet each evening and the littlest members of our group love being served by Simon each night at the pasta station. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The service was impeccable — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The menu offered a delightful range of dishes, and each plate that arrived was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. My nephew couldn’t stop commenting on how impressed he was — both by the quality of the food and the overall experience.
