Stayed for 10 days half board the resort was amazing. The food was incredible and the rooms were lovely too. I am disabled and the rooms were perfect for a disability like mine. The swimming pools both had multiple easy access steps into the pool which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made it a great holiday so much so that I've booked next year already!

Lovely hotel, reception staff very polite and answered any questions. Resort was clean, pools clean and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast choice was limited day to day but good quality. Evening buffet the same. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Had to walk to the beach which was about 5 min walk and down some steps. Sand was brown and soft and plenty of places to eat near the beach.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff attentive. Food was a bit monotonous, but it was good quality and tasted nice. Pizza was delicious, beer was nice, wine OK. Pool was a lovely temperature and kept nice and clean. The restaurant was a times very warm as it seemed it lacked air conditioning. Overall, it was a very lovely stay.

I visited this hotel in August with my husband and 7 year old son. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and had a fantastic time, we could have stayed for much longer.
We arrived around lunch time, our room was not yet ready so we went to the restaurant for lunch and reception soon called us to advise that our room was ready.
A porter takes you and your luggage to your room in a buggy.
The room was bright and airy with great air conditioning and super comfy beds. It was very quiet at night time and we all slept very well.
There were plenty of toiletries in the spacious bathroom which were replaced daily. There was a kettle and coffee machine with pods which again were replaced daily.
The cleaning staff were great, everything was spotless, towels were replaced daily.
The pools were lovely, warm and easily accessible.
The hotel was very busy but we did manage to get sunbeds after a bit of looking around.
The all inclusive drinks are good, in the evening it's waiter service at the bars. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient.
The views from the bar near the large pool at night were great, watch the sun set and the moon rise.
My son was looking forward to going to the kids club, which he didn't end up going to as it seemed to cater more to younger children. However he made a friend as soon as we arrived so it wasn't a problem.
The kids liked the evening entertainment which is by the kids pool. I was impressed to see a member of staff stood out every night making sure the kids who were wandering around were safe around the pool.
The beach is just down the lane and is beautiful. It's quiet narrow but is very shallow and is easy to walk along in the water. We went 3 times to the beach for a swim in the lovely warm water.
There are a few tavernas nearby and a couple of shops.
We went to Antonello's Grill once which did really good food and drinks.
We also got the bus from outside the hotel to Lixouri (10 mins) and then the ferry to Argostoli (30 mins)
Argostoli is a pretty place to explore. You can hire a boat or pedalo, go walking or go shopping. If you look for the fishing boats in the harbour you should get to see a turtle looking for food.
What stood out for me at the hotel was the food, it was beautiful! There wasn't one thing that I tried that wasn't delicious.
There was a good mix of Greek and Mediterranean food, always plenty of choice for all tastes.
All the food is clearly labelled which included information for allergens. I am vegetarian whilst my husband and son eat meat and fish. We all loved the food here!
We went once to the complimentary restaurant. You can choose between a Greek taverna or Italian restaurant, we chose the Italian for the view at sunset. Again the food was fantastic as was the service.
There was no problem getting a nice table in the restaurant, there are tables inside and out. There is waiter service for drinks or you can get your own soft drinks or wine.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the managements and all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel, fabulous staff, amazing food! It is in a remote location but who cares as it’s just beautiful!
Evening entertainment would have been nice, there is none. Also the gym could be better it literally has no equipment other than treadmills and a leg press.
