I was a bit disappointed with quality of the room for I was expecting for a 4 stars hotel. It got amazing views but bed was not comfortable. Too hard for me. Aircon was not working properly. Bathroom handle door was coming out every time and the same with the shower head. The cleaning team forgot continuously to replace the shower gel / shampoo bottles. The rest of the hotel facilities were great. - Pool / bar area was lovely - Breakfast buffet was also very good every day. The restaurant had also good quality and good price. - Daily shuttle bus for Skala was very convienent , specially the evenings. If you want to explore the island you will need a car, though.

Lovely place really enjoyed our holiday.staff couldn't do enough for you kept well clean and food was amazing.we walked into skala every day 40 min walk and taxis bk think 8 euro would definitely stay at this hotel again and skala beach and sea was really nice too and the bar staff 10/10 😍✌️

Stayed here last week. Overall it's a nice hotel. Small. Freindly staff and great views of the sea and nice little pool. Clean and tidy. Food is reasonably priced and if I'm honest nicer than some of the expensive restaurants we went to (we traveled the island) the location is not ideal if you don't have a car. It does have a shuttle bus that doesn't always turn up into skala and back but there's little to nothing to do in skala. So a car is a MUST. The room is ok. Room is not a 4 star though for sure. The bed I thought was really uncomfortable I actually didn't sleep for a week other than a night I slept on the sofa but my partner liked the beds. The bathroom is the main downfall. It was like a 1 star hotel bathroom honestly it was so random and out of place. Didn't match the rest of the room or hotel. Holes in the tiles. Broken shower head that doesn't reach it's wall holder. Sealant all over the place like they put it on blind folded. The drain in the middle of the bathroom that he toilet shower and sink drain through flooded 2 times with bits of poo coming out. Pretty disgusting to be fair. The room you see on the site arnt the ones you see. I think there is some newer room blocks further down that maybe nicer but ours wasn't so can only go by what ours was like. The maid isn't amazing. Forgot towels one day and soap/shower gel another day. Breakfast is simple but ok. The rest of the hotel is nice though. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could have been better bathroom wise haha. Could be amazing hotel if updated older rooms

That was 3 years ago… my review somehow didn’t posted then but my bad experience is still in my head like it was yesterday. We booked the “deluxe” double room, one of the best rooms as they told us. In reality the room was still under construction… with exposed wires on the wall, no phone installed, no shelfs in the bathroom… small details that made the total experience of the room uncomfortable. The house cleaning basically non excising.. with no clean shits just remaking the bed, no refresh the minibar, no mopping the floor.. There was no room service available!! But the thing that made this staying unpleasant was the treatment we received from the owners when we complained because we realize that some-king of handyman- craft-man get into our room to finish construction details with out us knowing or been asked. The owner’s reaction when we mansion it was to “accuse” us that we were trying to avoid payment. That was beyond offensive!! We paid the full amount and left first thing in the morning. In conclusion this hotel does not meet the requirements for a 4star hotel. A not so well disguised attempt to exploit the customer. A very bad tourist-oriented mentality and not a housewarming-friendly environment that you expect from a local family business. In addition to that the location is very uncomfortable if you want to explore the whole island since it locates in Skala in the lower end of the island and the distance to everywhere is over 1hour drive thought bad roads.
