Nothing is available as advertised. Unable to access any speciality restaurants. We were told that due to staffing issues, one restaurant was closed, and the other 2 were only taking 25 guests per night. It was impossible to get a booking. In the main restaurant, food was repetitive and cold, and we reported green bread at breakfast and out of date milk cartons in the room. Three family members caught norovirus and spent multiple days vomiting in the room. We spent a lot of money eating out in Kardamena. Aesthetically, the hotel was very nice. It is difficult to get sunbeds due to people putting towels on beds. The receptionist did not help with any issues. When the hotel manager got involved, she was arrogant and rude. I would not go back. Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel I've read some of the reviews and don't understand where some of the people stayed we took our 5 year old grandson we had an amazing time would definitely go back. 10 minutes walk in to the town which was absolutely gorgeous keep up the good work guys

Very happy with the room, clean and good size. The beds are big and comfy. The cleaning staff were hot and miss but generally good. The bar staff were very friendly and quick. The drinks were usual all inclusive fare. The town was a short 10 minute walk and the bars and restaurants were great. The beach was the other side of the road which isn't busy and there were sun beds and parasols. Over all a great 2 weeks

This hotel is first class, the 4 speciality restaurants are to die for, book them on the app as soon as you get there. Staff, entertainment, food in buffet are fantastic. There are plenty of swimming pools and sunbeds. Rooms are kept spotless and plenty of room. Trying to get a booking for 2 weeks time.
