I’ve stayed at Bay Gardens Hotel several times, but this was definitely my best experience. From check-in to check-out, the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk team stood out. They were genuinely welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Truly exceptional service. The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was exactly what it should be—fresh, tasty, and with a great local Saint Lucian twist that made every morning enjoyable. The property itself is tidy and relaxing, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Internet speeds were generally good, with only a few small dead spots in certain areas, but nothing that took away from the overall stay. This isn’t my first time here, but it is definitely the most memorable. Bay Gardens Hotel continues to deliver great value, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to the front desk staff for making this visit exceptional. Highly recommended.

This hotel is fantastic, if you're staying in the Rodney bay area the hotel is close to all the shops and there is a taxi stand outside which makes it easy to get around the island. There is a shuttle service to the sister resort for when you want a beach day. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was any trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool and bar area are a great place to relax. Breakfast is fresh every morning and is very tasty with plenty of hot and cold options.

Central location in Rodney Bay , close to a Massey Supermarket, various shops and restaurants. 20 min walk to Reduit Beach or you can use the hourly free mini bus service to the beach at Bay Gardens Beach Resort where you can also use the pool and complimentary loungers on the beach. We had a large 1 bedroom apartment which had air conditioning and a balcony. 3 pools on site. The breakfast service was slow you had to queue for tables, wait fir hot drinks. At times there was no crockery or foods.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and comfortable. The staff truly made the experience! Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Sisi, Terry, Quincy, Sanjay, and Yohan!!! if you come across any of them, you’re definitely in good hands. Jerry, “the original” who picked us up from the airport and took us around, was also great. Seeing these people really made my sister and I feel well taken care of during our stay!

An adult’s only boutique hotel. It is very relaxed and the staff are just amazing- they really do above and beyond to make you feel special. The food is excellent, and while it is table service which some people have made complaints about, this avoids waste and over indulgence. Everything is just perfect at the hotel. 👍☺️
