Generally can be considered as exceptional on the services, but room wise, quite lot of things need to be improved. The critical things is the bathroom as the bathtub is shared with the shower and I experienced some clogged after taking a shower. Bath towel need to be improved as it was quite aging. No phone provided in the room to contact for services, alternatively we need to scan for the QR Code if we require for the service which the process was quite hussle especially when you need something to be attended urgently. Good for costing and technologically is common sense. Overall is good and I think the service staff in overall is the great asset of the Bayview Beach Resort. Receptionis and the night manager is very responsive + customer oriented personality and they ‘ve made my stay to be remembered by their “Malaysian Hospitality Services” well done and impressive. Restaurant crews greeted me/acknowledged my present for the “Sahur” and this is very impressive too ann well proven that they we trained very well and good and great job to the management as yiu treat and make your team standout in services👍👍👍👍👍 Short stay but abaolutely will be back if my travel brought me back to Penang. Thank you Bayview Beach Resort.

Today, they have events here. I also enjoyed myself here but very disappointed by the hotel staff..... The place is full of people and no places to sit viewing sunsets or enjoy the sea. The hotel staff is keeping the chair, instead of allowing guests make use of the facilities.... I pay for the room and I cannot use the facility. I end up sitting on the sand by the seafront

This hotel is older, and maintenance isn’t great.we got the family room and it had a few issues - damaged floorboard by one of the beds, leaky bathroom, and shower door could not close. Fortunately, after making a call and getting them to look at it, they moved us to a better room, which didn’t have the same issues, but it still had its problems. Lighting is poor, wifi is horrible, and the room is just older. Upkeep isn’t great. Some pros - Breakfast was good. Customer service from all staff has been great so far. Access to the beach is lovely, and the pool was nice. It’s moreso the rooms itself that wasn’t very great.

I stayed here for 3D2N & it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend choosing the seaview.Worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the hotel is well-managed. While the building is a bit old, it didn’t affect my comfort at all. I was genuinely happy staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again. Kudos to the amazing staff! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed for 5 nights. Room was really nice and spacious. However does need a bit of attention, bathroom possibly needs a refurb. Pool area is lovely, the restaurant isn’t great, it’s expensive and not good food however breakfast was fine. Good location, restaurants just a short walk down the beach. Really good value for what we paid. Just the restaurant lets it down, the menu and quality of the food needs some work.
