Summary: Not worth the price we paid. Go to Hawaii and stay in a 5 star hotel instead for the same cost.
Rooms were ok in the Italian Village, nothing fancy but hospitable.
The service in a "5 star resort" left a lot to be desired. Every staff member we encountered seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence.
Food was average at best. A few of the meals we had were lukewarm. I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning. It's obvious that the food at the sit-down dining options was cooked hours before and plated when you ordered them.
The concierge service proved to be unhelpful. Everything you wanted from water sports to dining options was always booked. We were never able to go on the included snorkeling trips because it was fully booked the entire week.
The airport was utter chaos. On arrival we sat 2 hours in the customs line. Departure was 3 hours to get through baggage check and security. Not a good way to start or end the trip.

At the end of our one week stay at Beaches T&C and it was AMAZING!
My hubby, myself and 2 small kids (age 4 & 5) had a blast. The kids LOVED the Kids Club, especially when the Sesame Street Characters came to visit! The staff were great with the kids. The kids also loved the pools, hot tubs, waterpark, lazy river, all the snack options and ice cream options.
The food was very good for an All Inclusive. My hubby and I enjoyed nearly everything we tried.
Rooms - Definitely dated and needing some updating. Not very impressive especially for the price we paid. Still do-able but would prefer newer rooms. I would still come again though because everything else was so enjoyable!
Staff - Very friendly and helpful.
Beach - a bit rough during our stay but BEAUTIFUL!

We recently stayed at this Sandals property in Turks and Caicos and had a generally enjoyable experience, but there were some notable drawbacks.
The food was good, and service was consistently on time, which we appreciated. However, the accommodations left something to be desired. In the Caribbean wing, our room felt tired and only had one chair. When we moved to the French area, we found no proper seating in the room—just an uncomfortable couch.
Securing a spot at the pool or beach was frustrating. We had to wake up before 7:00 AM to claim a place, only to notice that many reserved spots were never actually used. For a resort of this caliber and price, better management of seating should be in place.
Check-in was another disappointment. While the staff was polite, they were not particularly warm or welcoming. Throughout our stay, we also noticed that staff members generally didn’t engage unless spoken to first. Given the high standards expected at a luxury resort, a greater level of hospitality would have made a difference.
That said, the resort itself is beautiful, and the weather was perfect for this time of year. We did have a good time overall, but considering the price, we’re not entirely sure we received the best value.

Turks is one of the best islands / beaches in the world. If you have young kids and still want to have a great experience, try this resort. They have kids clubs for under 5 and ages 5 to 8. No additional cost for the clubs. Our son loved the activities. They even take the kids in the evening for a movie. It allows you to enjoy dinner as a couple.
Definitely take the opportunity to enjoy some of the specialty restaurants (Sushi, Hibachi, Seafood) to balance out all the buffet meals.
Rooms are nice, but not that impressive for the price point. Beds are comfortable and temperature was good to sleep in.
We would / will come again at some point. Also, recommend going with another family.

We stayed here in September for 6 nights. Given the price paid and compared to so many other all inclusive resorts, I would expect better food, updated guest rooms, better service and clean pools. The food was average at best and the service was below average. The guest rooms need serious upgrades. The worst thing about the campus were the absolutely disgusting pools. I’ve never been to a resort with pools that disgusting. The landscaping however was immaculate, and probably the only redeeming quality about this hotel.
