We’ve been coming to Beaches Resorts for several years now, and I can confidently say that PATRINA was the best waitress we’ve ever had—not just on this trip, but out of all of our visits. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, personal, and friendly. She made us feel truly seen and cared for, not just served. Patrina’s warm and comforting presence set the tone for our entire meal. She anticipated our needs before we could even ask, and she did it all with such humility and genuine kindness. Her energy and attention to detail truly blew every other staff member out of the water—and that’s saying something, because Beaches staff are known for their amazing service. Patrina made our dinner feel special, memorable, and full of joy. She’s a rare gem, and I hope the resort recognizes what an incredible asset she is. We’ll be talking about her long after this trip! 🌴💙 Also, the food was absolutely remarkable at sky restaurant! If you have the opportunity, please check them out. We had Sunset dinner and it was phenomenal. The octopus was unlike anything I have ever had!

We enjoyed our stay at this location and would most definitely come again however I would try a different village. The Caribbean village rooms are very dated but bulky wood furniture it’s 2025 time to modernize. The food is your typical resort food for the most part, breakfast at the Caribbean village buffet was decent. Sapadellias for dinner was our favorite there is a local chef there the food was great and Jabari our server was fantastic as well as the manager. The jerk food truck was nice as well. The hibachi restaurant is the only one you need a reservation for and it was good. We enjoyed the Italian village pool best and loved the beach closer to key west village. There is a large number of activities plenty of drinks and most of the staff were helpful and nice. The one huge negative is there is no where to lock your luggage while waiting for your room which did not sit well with us it was outside until the room was ready early access for someone to take. The beach also had some floats attached to the ocean floor you could sit on which was fun. The resort offers a lot of kid friendly activities as well.

Everything about this resort is phenomenal! The staff is fantastic and extremely accommodating! Nirva was one of the best servers, she was the sweetest and a fantastic worker! And rocky who took our family photos was amazing, he did great with out little one! The food is delicious and there are so many options! This is by far the best all inclusive I have been to, I will definitely be back!

Our stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos was nothing short of magical, and that’s entirely because of Fedeline. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—especially since we were traveling with our child. Before our trip, she stayed in constant contact, checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I was so worried about my son’s specific milk, but Fedeline took it upon herself to research whether it could be imported. That kind of compassion and dedication is truly rare. When we arrived, our room was beautifully set up and ready for us. This includes my son’s milk that was already set up in the fridge for us when we got there. Throughout our stay, she continued to check in constantly to see how we were doing and how our son was adjusting. She even surprised us with special goodies that made our family feel so loved and cared for. The most memorable moment was when she arranged for Elmo to tuck in our son one night, knowing he was having a hard time adjusting. That simple act of kindness meant the world to us. There truly isn’t another staff member like Fedeline—her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine heart made our entire vacation stress-free and unforgettable. She is an absolute gem, and Beaches is so lucky to have her.

We love vacationing here! From the entertainment team, (sp?) is so sweet and fun. My girls are always having fun and love all the activities. The staff on the restaurants are superb as well. Judy Ann @ Sky restaurant is so attentive and sweet! One evening, Sky was closed because of the weather, but she went and got some pavlovas for us to take with us. Always with a smile and so friendly! We appreciate all the hard work and the warm smiles of the staff in making our vacation time unforgettable!
