At the end of our one week stay at Beaches T&C and it was AMAZING!
My hubby, myself and 2 small kids (age 4 & 5) had a blast. The kids LOVED the Kids Club, especially when the Sesame Street Characters came to visit! The staff were great with the kids. The kids also loved the pools, hot tubs, waterpark, lazy river, all the snack options and ice cream options.
The food was very good for an All Inclusive. My hubby and I enjoyed nearly everything we tried.
Rooms - Definitely dated and needing some updating. Not very impressive especially for the price we paid. Still do-able but would prefer newer rooms. I would still come again though because everything else was so enjoyable!
Staff - Very friendly and helpful.
Beach - a bit rough during our stay but BEAUTIFUL!

**A Gorgeous Destination with Service That Falls Short**
Beaches Turks and Caicos is undeniably a stunning property. From the crystal-clear turquoise waters to the beautifully landscaped grounds, it’s a slice of paradise that sets the stage for a dream vacation. The variety of activities and dining options available ensures there’s something for everyone, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or solo.
However, while the surroundings and amenities are impressive, the service unfortunately left much to be desired. During our stay, we encountered several issues that were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. For instance, the coffee bar was frequently not replenished, leaving guests searching for essentials like milk or sugar. At the pool, towels often ran out, and empty glasses and plates were left sitting for extended periods, detracting from the otherwise beautiful environment. These small but noticeable lapses added up, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
In addition to these specific issues, some staff members were less than courteous, which was surprising given the high reputation Beaches typically enjoys. While a few team members went out of their way to provide excellent service, these moments were overshadowed by an overall inconsistency in professionalism and attentiveness.
It’s disappointing that such a beautiful property didn’t consistently deliver the level of hospitality you’d expect at this price point. While I’d still recommend the resort for its location and amenities, I’d advise future visitors to manage their expectations when it comes to service. Hopefully, with some improvements in this area, Beaches Turks and Caicos can live up to its full potential.

Turks is one of the best islands / beaches in the world. If you have young kids and still want to have a great experience, try this resort. They have kids clubs for under 5 and ages 5 to 8. No additional cost for the clubs. Our son loved the activities. They even take the kids in the evening for a movie. It allows you to enjoy dinner as a couple.
Definitely take the opportunity to enjoy some of the specialty restaurants (Sushi, Hibachi, Seafood) to balance out all the buffet meals.
Rooms are nice, but not that impressive for the price point. Beds are comfortable and temperature was good to sleep in.
We would / will come again at some point. Also, recommend going with another family.

My stay at Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and pristine beaches that offer a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The variety of dining options was impressive, with each restaurant offering delicious meals that catered to all tastes.
The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I also met one of your best employees ever, her name is Bethany. She was the sweetest and so welcoming to my friend and I. She knows how to have fun and is excellent in the entertainment department. She deserves the world and I hope I’m able to see her again one day. I hope your resort is taking good care of her.
Overall, Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of stunning surroundings, excellent service, and a wide array of activities makes it an ideal destination for families and couples alike. I can't wait to return for another amazing vacation!

We went for 8 days in November of 2024. This is our 6 trip to Beaches Turks & Caicos and it didn't disappoint. We traveled with our kids & their friends (ages 23, 22, 22, 21, 16) and they had a great time. Resort is still as beautiful as our first visit in 2009. They add new places to visit, to keep things fresh and the staff truly makes it feel like we are coming home. Can't wait to go back!
