Gorgeous place. Staying at French Village. Room is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and a day bed.
Staff is very friendly. They always ask if we need anything. They always have a smile and on their faces. Resort is huge and it has everything a single person or a family would need. And the best part it is located smack in the middle of the beautiful Grace Bay. Beach is superb.

This was the best vacation of my life. I can't say enough good about the staff. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Our rooms were clean and always stocked. The staff works non-stop maintaining the property.
The food was good at every restaurant, but our favorite was the Jerk Shack. We ate at least 1 meal per day there and it was delicious everytime.
The highlight of our trip was sailing and my son's loved it. We took a lesson with Lionel on the Hobie Cats and I could have sailed with him all weekend. Really cool guy
The resort is very family friendly and adults enjoyed themselves while respecting the kids.
This is a beautiful place with even more beautiful people.

The pros: the resort is beautiful. They do a great job keeping the grounds looking nice. The pools are great. There’s always towels and activities going on. The water park is fun.
The rooms are clean but outdated. Everything is within walking distance.
The cons: the food, the wait times, the staff.
For the price you pay, I would expect better food and service.

I have stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos 4 times and I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are beautiful and every view is amazing. This all-inclusive resort offers a variety in food and beverages, and some of the best fruit. The best part of my stay is the people that I got to meet. If I could bottle up the customer service and take it back home, I would. Everyone is just so nice and friendly, and they make you feel like you matter. I cannot wait until my next trip to Beaches Turks & Caicos.

Had booked room originally in Caribbean Village, but due to work being done there, upgraded to Key West Luxury Village. Nice complimentary upgrade!
Room was kept clean, with new towels, beds made, and turn down service daily and seamlessly.
Picked up our trash and kept fridge stocked daily.
No complaints - very happy.
