At a wonderful location, the hotel is a few minutes away from the beach and nearby shops. The bedroom was okay, the bed was comfortable. The staff of the hotel (receptionists, bartenders, animators) were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel’s entertainment programs were really fun. There was a wide variety of food; the restaurant had different options every day for both lunch and dinner. Fresh vegetables and fruits were served at every meal. However, the quality of the meals could be better.

In the beggining I was thinking what can go wrong, we only need a room where to spend the nights in, and I was wrong. That was my worst decision in my life to choose BLUESEA. We stayed in the block number 1 on first floor. When we entered the hotel, had a good vibe, and after check in yhe vibe changed. The room was looking like an animal shelter. The beds are super uncomfortable, despite I asked for a family room, I got 3 single beds, which were squeaking every time while moving on it, the mattresses where like a deep hole in the middle of a single bed. The bathroom was a nightmare, cracked paint on yhe door falling apart, the silicone probably was sticked with a brush looking disgusting, the shower floor was fixed for 3 times and there were different yellow colors where they were fixed. The shower was leaking several times during the night, which was waking us up. The entrance door had a closing problem, we had a room sevice while weve been at the sea and when we came back the door was left open, so, not very nice. And not in the end the facilities and staff: first of all none of the staff were smiling, second of all when we wanted to enjoy a cocktail at the bar we've been told they have to charge a small deposit for reusable cups and we had to carry the cups after us every time when we wanted a drink from the all inclusive bar and they are also limited in drinks, they offered only 2 types of cocktails. The reception girl with glasses, I believe she was a DM, and she was never smiled while at the reception, not even when you was going at the reception with complaints or favours. The food was a bit poor, but was acceptable, no complaints about it. I will definetly not recommend BLUESEA, and I will never come back to them. I have pictures confirming all my bad experience.

A lovely hotel, with great access to the beach and the local shops. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. However the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth. Working in customer service, I always go out my way to be polite and patient with bar staff. However, every single person that served me at the bar was either rude or uninterested in serving me. I felt like I couldn’t go up for a drink, as they made it very apparent I wasn’t welcome from the get go. I’ve just been served by a woman who took ages to serve me despite the bar being empty because she was to busy talking to her friends to bother with me. When she finally got around to serving me she just raised an eyebrow and after pouring my drink she slammed it down and continued talking to her friends without saying a word. This has pretty much been the same experience all week. A shame because despite the bar staff, the holiday and hotel have been great! But this has really just made me feel unwelcome.

The hotel has a great location. And all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive is a little weak, specially in the drinks in the pool bar. Food quality and variety could be improved a little also. The video 360 with Alex was really fun and also enjoyed the pool activities with Helena! We had a great time there.

We called in tonight for drinks in the bar and the soul was great, bar service was amazing and the chap doing the videos on the inside bar was amazing. He helped my kids take part with props and made a little video using the ring light. They absolutely loved it and he was so friendly, highly recommended 5 stars 🌟
