Where do I begin after returning less than 24 hours from this hotel... The rooms are a of good size and basic and are fit for every purpose necessary however we had trouble with getting access to our room numerous times! One time we do believe the door had been tampered with as the plastic was smashed all over the floor meaning we had to leave our room unlocked all night and day while for it be repaired with all our belongings in the room, Key card had to be reset numerous times and we found this a common issue with everyone! Cleaned once in a whole week! No towels replaced until I went reception to request clean towels! I booked the holiday through love holidays they were advertising air conditioning ( I have screenshot proof) the rooms Do NOT have air conditioning they charge you €2.50 per night none refundable for fans that are about as much use as someone blowing on you all night. The fact they don't refund you the deposit money is disgusting in my personal opinion. The service that we received in this hotel was terrible expect from one young receptionist Noah and a barman I didn't manage grab his name and the entertainment man! They were far too good for this hotel! Everyone else was rude not interested in what you had to say at point I got told to be quiet for laughing at the bar with a fellow British man which completely stunned me been told to be quiet on my holiday is disgusting by a female member of staff behind the pool bar! The kids are not allowed floats and balls in the pool due to previous guest complaints which after speaking to the friendly members of staff they agreed with myself it's a joke! Now the positive thank god for the good location it saved our holiday we were able to find great food local and things to do and walk it really did save our holiday highly recommend the Dock Grill and the Waikiki on the beach front! I definitely will not be returning to this hotel they do not cater for English they aren't interested in the English and you are the minority so if you English I would highly not recommend this hotel!

Wonderful stay – a pleasant surprise! We spent 4 nights (5 days) at the hotel – 2 adults and 2 children – and we were honestly very pleasantly surprised! The reviews we had read beforehand weren’t very encouraging, so we didn’t know what to expect, but to our surprise, it turned out to be a fantastic experience! First of all, the hotel’s location is perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drinks at the bar were absolutely delicious! And the food – while there wasn’t a huge variety – was genuinely good! A very strong 4 out of 5 stars from us!

Let’s start from the beginning – I’m fully aware of how 3-star hotels in the Canary Islands usually look from previous years, but this one really should be rated 2 stars plus at best. The transfer from and to the airport takes around 2–2.5 hours, which should definitely be mentioned in the hotel description. On arrival (after 11 pm), we were only given an opened bottle of water and a couple of packs of crisps – don’t expect even a cold snack/sandwich from the dinner like you’d get in hotels in Tenerife or Lanzarote (3 stars hotels) The room itself was very outdated but clean. However, during our 5-day stay, we found huge cockroaches in both the bedroom and kitchen. There is no AC, no hairdryer, and no iron provided as standard. On the first night we couldn’t even get a fan from reception since they didn'thave any. The next day someone must return it since they managed to have some, but it cost €2.50 per day to use. Surprisingly, the iron was free upon request, but the hairdryer cost €1.50 plus a €10 deposit. Renting two towels was €60 (€20 rental fee and €40 deposit). Cleaning service only came on the 3rd day, and even then the towels weren’t replaced – we had to ask at reception ourselves. On top of that, the cleaners moved our beds, and our brand-new fast charger was completely destroyed. On the positive side: -The food was fresh, tasty, and very decent for the standard. -The restaurant and pool staff were very nice and helpful. -Very comfortable beds On the negative side: Reception staff were a disappointment. Young Noah seemed overwhelmed/scared to face clients, and the lady with glasses had such a poor attitude that she honestly shouldn’t be working at reception. If you hate your job, don’t ruin guests’ holiday mood. Finally, the location is the absolute winner. Less than 2 minutes from the hotel you’ll find a spotless, wide beach with soft white sand and stunning turquoise ocean.

Great value hotel in perfect location. Short walking distance to the beach, close to stores, supermarkets and Market. Visited in February and a lot of free parking spots if you planning to rent a car. All inclusive option with good food and nice drinks included until 11pm. Rooms clean and tidy, large but looking little bit old. I had room without AC, but this is not problem during winter time. I think it's best choice to have nice hotel in great location and don't spend too much. The swimming pool is not heated but it is not a problem in the summer time.

A clean and pleasant hotel. Rooms a little dated and wouldn't recommend for high season as no air conditioning. Everything runs smoothly as far as service have no issues with bar staff. Dining room staff are pleasant and agreeable until you ask for maybe can you bring out the butter? you are shown the margarine which you're already aware of given the simple smile like butter and margarine are the same?? Marmalade wave of the arm look at the other options? honey and jams ?? When there was butter the day before and a full jar of marmalade the morning before to be told sorry we don't have any ??? I've visited many hotels I've worked in hotels, when a guest asks for everyday things like butter and marmalade you go and get them its no problem. Maybe the staff need to go on a course?? These little things make or break a holiday that you paid and worked for just saying 🫣 Also not much point taking these things on board after the event reception staff made aware but they choose to back staff instead of solving issues 31st of March, I have seen your reply and so much for your looking into this small problem but still no Marmalade this morning ?? or butter at lunch if you were really trying to sort problems you wouldn't be letting this recure.
