I went on a team girl's trip and I enjoyed my stay. Lloyd at the pool bar was amazing. The staff overall were friendly and very approachable. Our Bellman Christopher gave our group a grand tour of the grounds. It is a beautiful hotel. However I was disappointed that all the restaurants were booked and we only got to eat at the buffet. The buffet had many great selections. However the desserts tasted pretty awful. Please work on that. There were no towels available and I had to just get dried in the sun which we didn't mind but still we needed a few towels. The drink options are endless however I think the bartenders need more training in making the perfect drinks. They did take our advice on how to make what we wanted and that was great. Overall the customer service was wonderful.

Just returned from our 5 day trip here and we had an amazing time! The highlight of this resort is the beach. The water is crystal clear, shallow and calm which was perfect for our young children. They played all day long and had the time of their lives. The food is good. There is always something for everyone at the buffet. The Jamaican food is great, especially the jerk hut. Our room was clean and we were provided with a crib for our 5 month old. The bathroom was small and the shower did not always have hot water, but overall this did not affect our trip. We came for the beach, not the shower. A bit disappointed that the playground was not functional, but we spent so much time at the beach that our kids never really cared. Overall, this was a great vacation for our young family. We will definitely return, as you really can’t beat the calm, shallow beach which as previously mentioned is just perfect for little kids.

Overall what I can say is the food and the service was great in every department. Especially in the kids club area my boys loved alll the ladies special shout out to Elsa** , Serena, Pauline, and Irene. Our room attender Ashley was 👏🏾 amazing. Unfortunately the rooms although clean I noticed mold on shower ceiling, the original room we were in the sofa bed was disgusting and not at all sleepable, the actual beds were very hard, and the AC didn't seem to work well at keeping the rooms cool at night. Upon having a conversation with another guest, she mentioned her having to change rooms and asking to be switched to a decent room enough for their YT American guest...this leads me to believe hummm. Anywho their food was very good with lots of choices on a daily basis. Their nightly entertainment was also great especially thr live bands. We did not like that the pool closed at 6pm daily.

I just got back I stayed 3 days, I had a suite was ok and the staff was great, but overall the experience was disappointing. The hotel needs remodeling, the water was cold for the 3 days maintenance will come fix and after shower it’s cold again and one morning, there was no water at all. The food was just okay, the drinks are watered down even if you get extra shots. And in Order to have to good liquor you have to be apart of their club members!!!!there was barely any entertainment. If you’re looking for fun, this not the place

During our team group trip, the ambiance was generally good. Upon entering, complimentary drinks were available, but somehow, we didn't feel like we were the priority. It seemed like our team wasn’t their ideal audience, as the service was somewhat lacking. The girl at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all, which made me wonder if she was tired. However, when I encountered her the next morning, her attitude hadn’t changed. Christopher the bellman he was so vibrant and friendly he loves his job he needs a raise and 2 other girls at the front desk they were so helpful and pleasant. Those 3 people made us felt a little better when it came on to customer service. One of the rooms we booked had no fridge, giving it a somewhat motel-like setting, but the room was otherwise very clean. I ordered a few drinks, but most of them didn’t taste like what I had requested. However, with the alcohol portion, I can work with that. If you're looking for a good drink, I recommend going to the bar that Lloyd manages, located close to the beach facing the club. We tried to make reservations for the restaurants before 7pm however they were all booked out so the buffet was our only option. The food was disappointing, the meats were half-cooked and seasoned with only salt. The pizza was also subpar. However, the omelet at breakfast and the salad at dinner were really good. That's all that made sense or let say was palatable. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with a nice ambiance, and the beach was shallow but clean. Would I return? No, but I’m glad I got to experience it. Despite the name change, the overall experience wasn’t impressive. Kudos to Lloyd, though his drinks were 🔥.
