Great accommodation and facilities. The staff were awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was excellent with a wide range of choices available. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean and I would highly recommend staying here.

Good hotel, good services. Nice and professional team. Located in a beautiful area.
Animation is minimalist but this is a pro for us. In particular we enjoyed the music which is always quiet and never loud. Very good food.
We also recommend to use the Diving/Snorkeling office which is integrated to the hotel, on the beach: it is professional and the pricing is attractive compare to what we saw outside. (45 $ half a day of snorkeling in a beautiful area with a very professional team. I think it is fair).
Only bad point for us: There was some noise during our stay because there is intensive work in a brand new hotel nearby, plus they are reworking some of their room.
The hotel will be closed for few month next year as they plan to deeply rework the main area with the pool.

Our stay at this beautiful resort in Zanzibar was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and positivity from the staff, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their kindness and helpfulness made all the difference.
The resort itself is stunning and the food was delicious.
What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere.
Thank you to the amazing staff and management for making our stay unforgettable.

We stayed for 12 days, the beach is nice but its very obvious that the higher management is saving money where they can. The rooms are not property sealed, so if you dont wanna sleep with the ac on, you will wake up because of the heat. The coffee machine at the beach bar is the cheapest you can imagine. The service at the restaurants is the biggest problem. You can wait 15 minutes until you get your drinks. All in all, it seems like the staff is not getting trained properly. But the workeres are the biggest redeeming quality, and they are the reason this review is not worse. The warmth they display is extraordinary. Especially the headchef and his souschef (victor and vinoth) are doing great jobs, but they need more funding and better management from uptop to be able to properly train their employees. It has a lot of potential if their employees would be seen as the biggest assets. Because they definitely are. They are the only reason one might come back

pretty beaches and nice staff that can play ping pong with you. though, the food was always warm (the one that shouldn't be) and the air conditioning in the room was HELL. we were suffering and trying to sleep but it didn't work at all and it felt just like we were staying in a sauna. we reported this issue about 4-5 times and they just told us that the "air conditioning was fine" but it wasn't. the inside felt way warmer than the outside.
