Very good hotel with good rooms. Service was good, staff were well trained and helpful. Clean, elevators working properly. Enough parking available all the time. Rooms were very good just the view from my room of the empty plot was not good but anyway it was also not bad as I took a room without balcony.
The only bad part was that the shower area was not covered and it will spill a lot of water at the entrance where there was no drainage plus nothing to wipe it except for keeping the tower.
Overall experience was very good. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed for a week in August and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Bhabiek who was very hospitable and a credit to Hilton hotels. Everyone from the reception staff, waiters, waitresses and chefs are so friendly and professional. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. We hope to return soon!

I had a disappointing experience with DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences Dubai Al Barsha that I feel compelled to share. As someone new to the country, I called the hotel to inquire about longterm stays. I was assured by a gentleman over the phone that they had availability and I came to visit the property to take a look. However upon arriving at the hotel I was informed by the receptionist that they do not accept longterm bookings.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The lack of accurate information and internal communication led to a significant waste of my time and effort. When you are new to a place you rely on trusted brands like Hilton to maintain a certain standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
It is extremely unprofessional for a reputable hotel to provide misleading information, especially when it comes to such a significant decision as a longterm stay. Better training and coordination among staff are essential to avoid such situations.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the gaps in communication to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues. As it stands, this experience has left me with a negative impression of the hotel.

Room's nice, only issue I had was the check in and check out. I arrived on time for check in 'cos I can't do early check in, but still got my room late. When it's time to check out, I wasn't allowed to do late check out 'cos they're fully booked.
Wouldn't mind that it's subject for availability but at the very least they should have the room ready, not me waiting for 30-45mins in the lobby doing nothing.

Everything about this hotel is great. Friendly staff, helpful staff, tasty dinner buffet, plenty amenities. This will be my go to place to stay when I return.
