wife and I stayed at the NH Hotel The Palm for four nights and had a mixed experience. Here are the highlights and areas for improvement:
Positive Aspects:
- The reception was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.
- The breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a diverse selection.
- The room was clean and neat.
- The view was fantastic.
Areas for Improvement:
- The pool was crowded and not very clean. Additionally, the water jets in the pool were almost boiling hot.
- The rooms were small with no proper wardrobe, just decorative wooden fixtures that couldn't accommodate all our clothes.
- The dinner buffet was below expectations, with very spicy food predominantly from Indian cuisine.

The service we received was top drawer; the staff always smiled, were very polite, and very helpful. We could not have wished for any more. Special mention goes to the Valet team who went above and beyond their duty to help us. A shout out too for the transportation team who always made sure we got to where we needed to get to. The Sports Bar staff and manager were also incredibly helpful and generous in their assistance. And lastly the 'M' floor restaurant staff who were brilliant. We mention these in particular, but we should also mention the chamber/room maintenance staff who were so responsive to our requests. The concierge were also great in delivering and collecting our luggage. Thank you to all for making our stay so much more enjoyable.

We booked this hotel for 4 of us half board. Being said that this is 4 star hotel I would say it's was more like 2/3 star hotel. Our room were clean and tidy. And we're clean on daily basis no problem with. If I had to rate the dinner I would rate it 0 because all they had were salads, vegetables, cheese and sea foods there is No real food. Dishes. Foods were cold most of the time Very limited dessert such as fruits and cakes nothing exciting. It just a way to avoid costs for the company. Restaurant was dim with yellow orangy lights, you could barely see what your picking out the plate. It was not bright enough. EXTRA CHARGES APPLY FOR DRINKS THAT INCLUDES TAP WATER in glass bottle..

Rodrigo and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. We had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to our cleaner, Mosses. He was exceptional, demonstrating a level of hard work, consideration, and attention to detail that truly stood out. Mosses went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always making sure we had plenty of water and attending to our needs with great care. His dedication and meticulous approach made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!
