We had the wonderful experience staying at NH Collection! The best highlight of our stay was kids’ room, where Chan and Deena took amazing care of the children. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and warm, creating a safe and joyful space for the kids to play and have fun.
Their kindness extended to us as parents as well, allowing us to relax and enjoy some time alone, knowing our child was in such capable hands. Chan and Deena truly made our stay special, and we are so grateful for their dedication and warmth. Thank you for such an exceptional experience—we can’t wait to come back!

We were staying in this hotel during our vacations in Dubai. Our stay at the hotel was incredibly convenient and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, from the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. The breakfast is really luxurious and tasty. The sound isolation is nearly perfect.
We want separately to thank Dipendra, who was responsible for cleaning our room. He was incredibly thorough, ensuring every detail was taken care of, and the room always looked immaculate. Beyond his professionalism, he was also very friendly, courteous, and always greeted me with a warm smile. His dedication to making guests feel comfortable truly stands out.
Among disadvantages we would like to mention the work of elevators! There are 4 elevators for public. All of them are extremely busy and you need sometimes to wait for 5-7 minutes. Some noise of the cars (we were on the 1st floor and our balcony was looking on the busy road). The last thing is rather rigid mattresses: for someone it is perfect, for us we like more soft beds.
Overall we will give 9,5 out of 10!

Perfect stay with excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The valet parking was well-organized (thanks to Hari and his colleagues) and our luggage was promptly brought to our rooms. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. The highlight of our stay was the amazing rooftop pool, which was absolutely fantastic, as well as the great breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay and we will definitely come back to this hotel!

The staff was very very attentive. They made sure all our requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Bravo! The beds/blanket/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, with a great seating area. All in all, very great experience. Would recommend. Great location with lots of beach clubs and restaurants.

Amazing hotel, we have just stayed here with my partner + 1 year old baby, we went all inclusive - huge shout out to Muhammad he was amazing throughout the full stay!! He made us feel so welcome and was amazing with our little girl at the New Year event, he is a credit to your company. Also the rest of the staff i didnt catch their names but they all make the say worthwhile, without the staff it wouldnt be the same.
