Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Great location a few steps from the metro. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great pool and breakfast. Lots of coffee and food options next to the hotel. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The location is excellent as a one minute walk to the Financial centre metro station which makes it easy to travel. The lifts take ages to arrive. The kitchen could do with some plates. But other than that the hotel is nice👍

This place has its pros and con's. On the good side, The staff is really good. Special congrats to emad at the restaurant, with his frank and true smile and excellent service, but all of them are really good at their job. The gym is well equipped. Location is quite central. The breakfast on the first floor is quite nice too. The cons : I find my room quite dark and it's bathroom a bit old fashioned ; dinner at the restaurant on the second floor is disappointing with a choice of 4 hot dishes which are reminiscent of high school food both visually and by taste. You otherwise have a choice of a soup, salads, and then desserts. But two glasses of alcohol are included in the half board, which is a nice gesture not often seen in hotel restaurants.

Very good Hotel, with a central Location. You can reach the Metro within 2-3 minutes. The Food/meals are delicious and the waiter and waitresses are very friendly...especially Emad.
