Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff! I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and everything was well taken care of. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, my room was always spotless and comfortable. A special thank you to Zamor, the supervisor, and San, who cleaned and made up my room. They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude and attention to detail really made me feel welcome and cared for. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant, I'll definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The location is perfect — central, convenient, and close to everything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to Emad at breakfast, who was an absolute superstar! He’s extremely attentive, welcoming, and goes out of his way to make guests feel looked after. His warm service really stood out and made mornings a pleasure. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the breakfast service — at times, a few items ran out and needed to be refilled when requested. However, the overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Unfortunately, my experience at Rose Rayhaan Hotel was disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of a staff member named Ornella. There was a mistake in the hotel’s system that didn’t reflect our pre-arranged late check-out, which was not our fault. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, Ornella came to our room with security, shouting at us and saying, “I don’t care, you’ll pay for the late check-out,” without showing any willingness to listen or understand the situation. Even after she left, we called the reception and they kindly apologized for the misunderstanding. However, we were shocked that Ornella called us again and spoke in the same disrespectful tone, without offering a proper apology or any courtesy. As for the rest of the stay, it was as advertised — nothing exceptional or worth highlighting. However, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Treska, who communicated with us before our arrival in a very helpful and polite manner, and ensured we had all the necessary information. But most of all, a special thanks goes to LILIAN, the receptionist. She was by far the best part of our experience at this hotel. Lilian welcomed us warmly, made us feel truly valued as guests, and showed genuine care for every detail from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude stood out clearly and made a big difference in an otherwise average stay. In summary: I will not return to this hotel due to one staff member’s unacceptable behavior, even though a few of the team members — especially Lilian — truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

We had a beautiful stay at Rose Rayhaan Hotel in Dubai. The rooms with the Burj Khalifa view are amazing, especially at night. The service and all the staff are welcoming and doing their best to make our stay unforgettable. Especially, our receptionist Lilian, who provided us with a suit upgrade after there has been some delay in check-in, was very kind and showed us great hospitality. Thank you very much for this excellent service!

From check-in to check-out, the customer service at Rose Rayhaan was simply exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We opted for an upgrade to a room with a view—it was a bit pricey, but absolutely worth every penny for the breathtaking sights. At the Level 3 buffet restaurant, Hazel and Emad stood out for their warm hospitality, though every team member we encountered was equally kind and attentive. I would happily rate them all 5 stars. Christopher also did a fantastic job with cleaning—our room was spotless every day thanks to his care and attention. A massive thank you to him for the great work! Though checkout was at noon, the hotel generously allowed us to use the gym and swimming pool until our transport arrived, which was a thoughtful touch. With our all-inclusive package, we missed a couple of meals but were kindly offered lunch and dinner while we waited—something we really appreciated. A special thank you to the team for the beautiful birthday surprise. It was a heartfelt gesture that I will cherish forever. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to explore Dubai without a car. For the days we had a rental, free parking was a huge bonus. Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic, and I would love to return. Highly recommended!
