Third time in Dubai and must I say that Avani had been very nice to us. The rooms were great and the service was amazing. Hilda stood out to me because of her amazing hospitality and her kindness. She was super friendly during our stay. Paru at the front desk was super Amazing also! When we arrived I asked her for a specific room and with a nice view. Without hesitation she granted us our wishes. She was soo lovely. That is the kind of customer service that all hotels should have! I am so thankful to her. Sunil was nothing but brilliant. He was a pleasure to be around daily. Always saying hello and making us feel welcomed! He was so nice to us. Honestly, all made our time at Avani enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for sure!!!

Mr. Muhammad Intikhab, Security Supervisor and his team , Yuda, Jahangir , sharhabeel, is an asset to Avani Hotel as he looks after guests in a very professional manner. Him and his team is dedicated and committed to there job. They adds value by being very courteous and is always accommodating, which is commendable. Best security team, because they have best security supervisor. Recommend to everyone for your safety and security, we will stay back soon.

Everything is great so far. The stuff is wonderful and very friendly. For morning had a great conversation with Hilda about some good eating place. I have received some great advice from her. Very energized starting from morning. I often don’t eat breakfast but here I automatically wake up to not skip one. Overall great place to stay!

Our second time in Dubai we decided to stay in Avani hotel, which was the best decision. It’s our second time we are here. And both times were great. We enjoyed the breakfast especially its variety of different dishes and food options. Room service and reception is also great: fast and ready to help you any time you need it. All our requests were immediately and successfully handled. I also would like to thank everyone who works here , especially Hilda (security). for being really helpful and polite to us, and Mavi our floor’s supervisor- who was very welcoming and supportive during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to people who : 1. have a lot of plans for Dubai, because there’s a metro station one minute walk away , a bus station , always available taxi service. 2. appreciate their time and money, because there’s a huge mall behind the hotel, where you can buy literally everything you need, as it’s mainly built for local people. 3. Have no need to go to the beach every day since the nearest beach is 10 km away, however the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Kite beach, which is really nice and as not overcrowded as JBR for instance. Thanks Avani hotel. We really enjoyed.
