Good breakfast. Good service. Rooms are way too small though.. clean place. Aesthetic elevators. Decent location. Not directly on the beach as portrayed. You still need to walk past a public peer to get to the beach.

Yet in real life they are really small, like the bathroom is literally extremely small, only 1 person can be in it at a time.
I booked a partial sea view room. The view is mediocre at most. Cant see anything unless you go onto the balcony.
Decent place overall but definitely not value for money.

From the second we got to the hotel we were cared for and looked after and couldn’t have asked for more! The trip was for a special occasion and whether this was intentional or not it was a great touch… the view from our room was incredible looking out onto the beach and the architecture of Dubai. Every member of staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and I mean every single one from the cleaners, reception desk, door men and the chefs in the breakfast bar 10/10. Breakfast selection is great a bit of everything for everyone. The gym facilities have got everything you need to get a holiday pump on. No negatives about this hotel, if you’re thinking about going then GO! You will not be disappointed 5/5

Excellent stay! 10 days just before Christmas 2024. Clean rooms, polite people, bravo breakfast and dinner too. Well, the roof top bar had some parties fri-sat and we were not invited, that was the only tiny minus ;-).
I add here contact details (see the photo) for excellent taxi - two brothers as owners and drivers. They always found the route beside traffic jams. Still smooth and affordable ride. Thanks brothers Ali.

The hotel was very new, modern and clean during our stay in December 2024. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful. The hotel is located in the middle of West Beach, which is a lovely location during the day and early evening. However, it is immediately opposite 3 extremely loud night clubs which are open until 3am and the rooms have ZERO sound proofing!! Do not stay here if you want a peaceful night sleep in your holiday!
In an attempt of a quieter room we were moved in a road facing room (after paying an additional £500 for a corner beach view) which faced directly on to the only access road into West Beach and so had all the loud sports cars revving their engines until 5am collecting people from the night clubs.
Would not recommend staying here when there are other hotels on West Beach that have sound proofing.

From when we landed at the Radisson Blu after spending some nights in not so great accommodation in Dubai, it was a happy welcoming with a polite man bringing our bags to the room. The room was very clean and location is excellent.
My one downfall was the room service. Slow, sometimes never even came through with simple services requested. Room service at night had to happen with an extremely loud phone that rings if your partner is asleep, should be a QR online platform to order from.
Apart from this. A pleasant stay!
