I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels on The Palm, but Radisson Blu really stood out for me. It’s fairly new, and for the price, it offers great value. The facilities are excellent, but what really made the difference was how kind and helpful the staff were. I was greeted by Emmanuel when I checked in and he was also there when I checked out — he was genuinely friendly and made everything smooth and welcoming. All the staff I came across were just as kind and attentive. My room had a beautiful view of both the pool and the beach. It was clean, spacious and felt really cozy. This hotel also offers a discount voucher to guests for the restaurants and salon which was a thoughtful touch. (Could be limited time and offers) Overall, I was really impressed with my stay and felt well looked after. I’ll definitely be staying here again

i had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and easy to access by public transportation. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. I also enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet – fresh and delicious with many options to choose from. One of the highlights was the hotel’s facilities: the swimming pool and gym were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We feel absolutely love First of all, the hospitality of All staff was fantastic! We always came back from the outside with a perfect cleaned room! Unlimited free water bottles and a stack with clean towels! The staff’s are amazing, they treated us like family, we had an amazing 11 days! absolutely incredible Valet parking service! Our stay at Radisson Hotel – Palm Jumeirah was nothing short of amazing! From check-in to check-out, every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool area was always spotless, and the atmosphere so relaxing. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – such a wide variety, everything fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Truly the best way to start the day! This hotel is not just about great facilities, but about the incredible people working here who make all the difference. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience and the outstanding management team, especially Mr. Ajinkya and Mr. Hattam. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate and stylish, but the real highlight has to be the beautiful rooftop pool. The view is simply breathtaking — the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the stunning surroundings. Whether it was enjoying the sunrise or watching the city lights in the evening, the atmosphere up there was magical. Everything was handled with professionalism and care, and it’s clear that the management team takes great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending Radisson Blu to friends, family, and colleagues.
