The hotel itself was amazing, modern, clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was also amazing- helpful, nice and chatty. But 2 negative things i have to mention: 1. The rooftop pool was under construction and nobody told us in advance. 2. Dining: For the dinner, the food itself is really tasty, but it’s still the same, every day the same menu and they had only 2/6 deserts. The breakfast is poor for this kind of hotel. No variety. I think you expect more for the price. For the staff: please don’t put the green beach chairs around the pool, it looks bad and also the black screen ruins the view😭 But at the end I highly recommend this place because of its location, staff and overall looks.🤎

The hotel itself is lovely, beach access and a great pool... But the pool closes at 6.30pm and the beach closes at sunset. In 37°C hear, you want to be able to cool off with a swim in the evening, especially after being on a tour so day . There was no atmosphere at the hotel at all in the evening. Also, don't ask for any think of their menu especially their signature cocktails because apparently they are waiting for "an ingredient" and can't make any of them for you (even though they all have different ingredients), they also can't make an affregato as they "are all out" (but could offer us a coffee with a chocolate brownie and ice-cream). Sounds like they are winding down after the high tourism season and have limited supplies.

11 hours of hammering loud pool music which penetrates into your rooms.room 653 right above it (08:00- 19:00). During the weekends here there was incredible loud party music at night until 03:00 am in the morning. I absolutely couldn’t sleep here. After that the party folks returned to their rooms yelling and roaming around. If you seek a quiet hotel for relaxing, there are far better options in Dubai and would not return because of that. Room service for cleaning shows up around 16:00 when you’re back in the room. Beach very disappointing. 30 useless umbrellas (see pictures) which let through all the sun. Fight for sum beds start at 07:30 in the morning. After that you lost. Neighbor hotels all had better umbrellas. 30 meters from hotel and no wifi at beach. Rooms are not really isolated against noise. You hear neighbors and door slamming. Air conditioning was defective and set to freeze which only the service was able to solve. No self parking, only valet parking. Risk is that they scratch your car. Only one chair on balcony for 2 people. No privacy on balcony. Everyone sees everyone. This is hotel is mainly for party people who don’t seek a quiet place.

Me and my husband visited this hotel for our 1 year anniversary and we was not disappointed!! The atmosphere and location of this hotel is perfect. Staff are so welcoming and always have a smile on their faces! The rooms were clean and decent, we did have a stunning room view which made our stay even more enjoyable as we really appreciate a good room view.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was anything but relaxing. Constant noise and loud music made it impossible to find peace or get enough sleep. Neither in the room nor at the pool was relaxation possible, and requests to lower the music were ignored. For those seeking tranquility, this hotel is definitely not recommended. I ended my stay early and now hope for a quick resolution from the hotel management with whom the matter was personally discussed. I will keep this review and all holiday seekers updated.
