The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars.
it is very clean, very good food, lots of attractions for children.
The rooms are cleaned every day, water is replenished, and coffee service is also provided.
I think you need to pay attention to the hotel service. they are very friendly, always nice and helpful.
I have never in my life in any hotel seen lifeguards so committed to their work and taking such close care of people in the pool. they deserve a bow! especially Kingsly - a lifeguard who really does a good job here.
I highly recommend!

Amazing family holiday couple of weeks ago at the hotel, the hotel offers full service/activity for family from kids (water park) to adults (spas, gym).
My parent sits on a wheelchair and the walk way to the beach cafe / pool is wheelchair friendly which is super helpful.
There are many food cuisine to try within the hotel so everyday feels different.
The hotel staff are also super friendly, Nook a Thai staff has been very helpful to my family and always has her big smile on.
The hotel staff also does cute towel folding everyday in the room, I’m always excited to come back and see which new design they do each day.
Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

I love the hotel and the atmosphere! The welcome is warm, the staff is incredibly attentive, and everything is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Special mention to John, the lifeguard, for his contagious good mood and professionalism! The view of the beach is stunning, and the facilities are impeccable. It’s truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it!

The room are clean and quiet around , bad very comfortable to sleep 😴
I came about 5days with my 7 years old boy . And we both really enjoyed lots of activities here.
He’s favourite things to do was scooper under water 🥰 .
And it’s was very safe for kids to plays all the water sliders was working good 👍

We recently stayed at Centara Mirage Beach Resort in Dubai, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
A special shoutout goes to the lifeguard team at the swimming pool, who are nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude truly stood out. Kingsly, in particular ensure that everyone felt safe and comfortable. It gave us such peace of mind to let our kids enjoy the pool.
The room service was flawless every single day. The team consistently ensured everything was perfect, and their attention to detail was remarkable.
