This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Eastin Grand Saigon is truly amazing. I love the colonial design — it reminds me of Saigon’s old French days. The Vietnamese fusion restaurant, Rice Paper, serves both creative Vietnamese dishes and excellent international cuisine. We loved it so much that we ended up dining there twice. The hotel’s Mot Hai Bar is also a great spot for me and my friends to relax late at night, with chill vibes and great music. And the room is fantastic: clean bed sheets, a firm comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. I’m genuinely having the time of my life.

We thought the hotel was great quality. The price point is good for a 5-star in Saigon. I think the price is justified with how it is a little distance to the main part of the city and where all the tourist items are, but this is a great choice for travellers. Where I think the hotel could have improved is the spa. We got a treatment our first night, and we really were not impressed 1. with the quality of the spa, and 2. the way therapists tried to convince us to change our treatment to spend more money. Also halfway through my treatment, the therapist tried to again upsell me with an additional add-on. This just completely detracts from the point of going to a spa and having a peaceful experience while on vacation. We stayed in other 5-star hotels for the rest of our trip in Vietnam, and I can say this spa was far below the rest in terms of quality and service.

The hotel was impressively spacious and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us with bright, genuine smiles. As for Tung Restaurant, the food was delicious and incredibly fresh. The standout dish was definitely the wonton soup dim sum, it was absolutely superb

Vợ chồng Long và Linh.. The hotel is an amazing place..the people, the breakfast, the rooms, the service, the location...we did not get to use the pool this time but the pool was so tempting. Totally a beautiful area for a special occasion. The list is endless..and I am not sure if 3 weeks was enough. Go and see for yourself! "Enjoy"... We visited D'LAVIA Spa, located inside Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon, and experienced completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During the massage, the therapists offered us “extra services,” including massage of intimate areas. Even though the spa is operated by an external company, this is extremely bad publicity for the hotel. I hope the management takes immediate action. There is also an unpleasant mold smell in the hotel, which affects the overall comfort. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and polite.
