Incredible stay here. Ignore the bad reviews. The staff were attentive and kind throughout the stay. Rooms are bright, modern and very well furnished. Lots of room! Only downside could maybe do with firmer pillows. Definitely 10/10

Excellent services, very good breakfast , nice big room(I stayed in room 464 it doesn't have a very good view, it did not bother me that much so I didn't ask to switch rooms) . The gym is always cool, new equipment . It has a small pool but it is clean and beautiful, the pool attendance brings a little fruit with a cold water bottle for you , it was a nice touch. For $60 a night it is worth every penny. It has everything you need within walking distance but you need to take a Grab to get to the city center which may cost you around $4 roughly .

Room was big, price with breakfast using apps was fair and good deal. I found the breakfast was delicious, suit my taste and had many choices (western, fruits, local foods, chinese foods, espresso and even vietnam coffee!!! Perfect) The location was near to airport, and since we are going to Van Lang Univ., this 5-star hotel was the nearest and the most decent-luxury one. The street food around was also good

King English
Good place but (for me) not highly recommended. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with so many options for you to enjoy. However, the carpet right at the lobby looks very old and dirty. Also, there was a smell inside that was really off as I entered.

The hotel is good, room is clean. Most of staff are very friendly except ONE lady named "Minh Trang" wearing the black uniform is extremely rude with customer. My family and I have stayed in this hotel many many times but today (21Oct) we are extremely unhappy with that rude lady. We wish that hotel management should find a way to re-train this lady. Update as of 23Oct: per the hotel GM's response below, I strongly believe that this hotel is still a good place to stay in Saigon (aka HCMC) and the incident our family encountered on 21Oct is just an exceptional case. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
