Hotel Eastin Grand Saigon is one of the best hotels in HCMC which is a 8-10 minute short drive away from the airport. The rooms are spacious & well maintained. The hotel staff is very courteous, attentive and caters to your requests with a smile. Their breakfast buffet is top notch and not to be missed with a variety of delectable options in English, Japanese & Vietnamese cuisine. The hotel charges a refundable security deposit before escorting the guests to the rooms. They had given us a free upgrade during our stay. Totally recommend this hotel.

Good distance between airport and district 1 by Grab. Good quality rooms with comfortable beds. Stayed twice in last three weeks ….. first time a good shower, second time shower water pressure fluctuated and was scalding or freezing! Helpful reception staff, other staff miserable. Good gym. Pleasant enough pool area. Evening meal in restaurant was good quality.

The rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it convenient for travelers. The service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety of dishes, including ethically sourced food options. However, for tourists, the location might feel a bit distant from major attractions, which could be a slight inconvenience.

We spent two nights here during our holiday, the hotel is in a great location. The food was beautiful with lots of choice. We want to thank the whole team for the great service, particularly receptionist name Mr Cuong, the bell boys are spot on and warmly help Mr Long & Mr Phong . Hopefully we will see you all in next year and Happy Lunar New Year 2025 to you all

Do NOT make the mistake of coming to this hotel. Half the nights I stayed they had some loud concerts happening at the pool until 10PM — so loud the floors shook in the rooms. The staff had absolutely no remedy for this, if you enjoy sleeping find a better hotel.
