We stayed at the Elivi Hotel in Skiathos for a week and had an incredible experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with four beautiful beaches—each one accessible directly from the hotel. We stayed in the Grace area, and our room had a spectacular view, overlooking the beach right in front of us. Waking up to that view every morning was truly magical. The room itself was spacious and modern, equipped with everything we needed, including a lovely shower and a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless each day, which added to the overall luxury of the stay. Breakfast had a vast selection to suit all tastes. Another great feature was the availability of sun loungers at every beach. They were incredibly comfortable, and we never had to worry about finding one, no matter which beach we chose for the day. The golf buggy service was convenient, taking us around the hotel whenever we needed to get from one spot to another. We also appreciated the attention to detail from the staff—when towels ran out at the beach, they quickly brought more down from reception. Overall, Elivi Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and made for a perfect getaway.

Wow what can I say from just getting back from a week stay at Elivi other than one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at that more than exceeded our expectations. The location and views are just stunning. We stayed in the grace we were upgraded to a private pool facing the beautiful beach, the room was amazing with floor to ceiling views of the sea, it was cleaned everyday by the cleaners(who done a fantastic job). We found breakfast tasty with lots of choice coffee made fresh for you daily. All the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly (especially on the beach bar and Italian restaurant near the grace rooms). We also found the reception staff friendly and helpful with our needs ordering us taxis into town and ensuring we were happy with our stay.Thank you for an unforgettable stay and we can’t wait to return again in the future.

We DONT recommend Elivi at all. Very disrespectful reception, and managers, în special George the general manager. I am vegetarian and I had just same few options everyday. We had technical problems in our villa, with the AC, water, and smell. Our kids got sick. Also one of our kids got injured in one of the broken wood piece from the one of the beaches. The food is horrible and overpriced in the hotels restaurants, the breakfast is not great with a lot of food which is not fresh. Some of the rooms are old and with big problems. Smell in the room is bad because of the canalizations odour. Coffee is really really bad.

A horrible experience for our family holiday in Elivi Skiathos, 5 stars Hotel. We had a family holiday, 7 nights, with our 3 kids ( 6,4 years and 3 months old ), in the Nest Villas area, an entire ground floor 2 bedroom appartment with private pool and garden, room 1636, from 7th of September till 14th of September. The digital AC panels from both bedrooms were not responding. We couldn’t stop the AC till the end of the holiday. Our kids got sick with coughing, we couldn’t sleep, because the AC was blocked on 16 degrees. Water was flooding outside the room, and the smell in the room was really bad. We slept with the doors and windows opened and the mosquitoes killed us. We asked another accommodation in the Nest area, and we received in exchange something but half of what we paid. A downgrade from 2 bedroom apartment and huge terrace with pool, to a 1 bedroom apartment with small pool and almost no terrace. Also they asked us 400€ extra per night for something similar, they said “ a little bigger than yours.” We refused, and we wanted to leave the hotel. The general manager told us that he will handle the situation. In compensation he offered us a free dinner, late check out and our 150€ room service account on 0. The situation continued very ugly. The reception was calling us in the middle of the night. The technicians entered in our room without announcing us, when i was on the terrace with my wife enjoying some time together and the kids were sleeping. They woke up the kids in the middle of the night. This happened 4 times in 2 different nights. On our last night my wife slept with all 3 kids in the same bed, and i slept outside on the terrace in improvised bed. Nothing in the room was solved. And we were in the same room. Saturday we got our late check out but surprisingly the guys from the reception told us that General Manager, George, which offered us the late check in, the dinner, and the room service account on 0 for all the situations, ordered that we have to pay almost everything with a small discount. We get very angry. They called the security guys, and we were on the point to miss our bus airport transfer, because the security guy was telling to he driver that we dont want to pay at the reception. All this after we paid 5.000€ for a 7 night horrible family holiday. So they called the police and security for almost 250€ which we didn’t asked anyway, they offered us in compensation for all this mess. The general manager, George, came out from his office, and in the front of his employees, my wife and kids, in the middle of the reception, told me : “this is what tou do in your country ? You don’t pay your bills and restaurants ? “. In the end we paid an amount with a “discount”, and we get into the transfer bus. All this in a 5 stars hotel, where a room is between 300 and 1000 per night. Now, we are back home and we got some time with our lawyers and our travel agent. The situation will be solved legally. If we take our special situation aside, the resort and services were average but not at 5 stars level for sure. Between 3 and 4 stars maximum. The food and restaurants the same , not at the 5 stars hotel level, but with 5 stars prices. Some dishes were really bad. The accommodation is not all very good positioned, with many technical problems inside like leaking water into the room, door opening problems. Some of the rooms are older than the others. The furniture is old. The odour and smell in the room is not very pleasant because the canalizations is not so good. The breakfast was very light with not so many options for a 5 stars hotel. The coffee is very bad. The fruits for Greece are without any taste and not so fresh. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, then you have a problem The educator from the kids club was amazing. Also the shuttle drivers were very nice. The reception was awful. The beaches were ok but with broken wood between the sunbeds. I got injured in one. The pictures looks better than reality. Dont get fool.

The hotel has an excellent location, the best you can have in Skiathos - next to some of the most beautiful beaches in the island. The views from the hotel are spectacular and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. It is very well maintained and clean property. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. There were only a few organizational bugs. Breakfast, for example, was a complete mess. In general, there are not many good dining options in the hotel, but there are very good tavernas around. The hotel provides umbrellas and sunbeds on the nearby beaches - koukounaries, banana and xenia beach which is great. What we didn't like, however, is that the sunbeds are too close to each other, which could be very uncomfortable when the hotel is full.
