From the moment you arrive at the hotel reception, you feel special. It’s as if you’ve entered a world full of kindness, smiles, and tranquility. We’ve traveled to many places and stayed at numerous hotels around the world, but this one is truly one of a kind. I would 1000% recommend this hotel because I genuinely can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like. It’s stunning—the villas are immaculate, the bedding smells incredible, and the staff are always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. We were fortunate to be looked after by Joe, which was such a treat. I also want to extend my gratitude to all the gardeners and maintenance staff who work tirelessly to keep the place clean and beautiful. As a vegetarian, I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food options available. I believe this place is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a couple with or without kids. Even if you have kids, you’ll still find time to relax, you can enjoy a daily spa treatment all to yourself! There’s a charming farm for kids where they can collect eggs in the morning and bring them to the chef to make breakfast. Plus, there are plenty of other activities for children throughout the day. We’ve never returned to the same hotel before, but I am certain we will come back to this one—it’s simply paradise on earth!

We had a very good time in Fusion resort. We stayed for 6 days and we were very satisfied with their service and facility. Especially the madam in charge with beige jacket (sorry i forgot her name) and Sun Lee gave us such a great experience. Wish i could visit Fusion resort soon again :)

Really the perfect place to have some time off. Food and rooms are perfect. The spa every day is done by professional therapists. The service by fusionista Joe was extraordinary. He always take care of us and fullfilled our wishes. We will definitely come back.

The check-in and check-out process was remarkably swift, and the resort boasts a stunning view. What truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service—attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Special thanks to Joe, who was outstanding throughout our visit, frequently checking in to make sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant served delicious food, and the Breeze Restaurant provided a peaceful setting for a relaxing meal. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and the level of personalized care and attention to detail was beyond anything we could have imagined. A special thank you to Nathalie and Aelia, who made our stay unforgettable. They were available almost 24/7 via WhatsApp, responding promptly to any questions or requests we had, and always with a warm and friendly demeanor. Their dedication to ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of was unparalleled. Even now, long after we've checked out, we still keep in touch with them on WhatsApp. They have truly become our friends, and we are incredibly grateful for the care they showed us. Chef Nguyen deserves a heartfelt thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we had delicious Halal food throughout our stay. He checked in with us after every meal, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction, and genuinely made us feel special with his personal touch. We've never experienced such attentiveness from a chef before, and his kindness truly stood out. We found a friend in him! Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful Vy, the massage manager, who checked in with us every day to ensure that our massages were perfect. Her thoughtfulness made our relaxation experience even more enjoyable. Our talented masseuses, Loan and Diem, also deserve a huge thank you for their expert care and skill. They made our spa treatments a highlight of our trip. Last but not least, we want to extend our gratitude to our exceptional waiters, Duyen and Ny, for their attentive service. They always made sure we were well taken care of during our meals, offering a level of service that truly exceeded our expectations. To everyone at Fusion, thank you for making our stay in Cam Ranh City so memorable. Your hospitality and care went beyond anything we could have hoped for. We will cherish the memories of this trip forever, and we look forward to returning in the future!
