Great boutique hotel. Walking distance to great local beach and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast and staff. Cocktails and lunch were good. We utilised the underground parking.
Rooms were spacious and enabled us to have an enjoyable holiday with our teens. Massage was brilliant too.
Thank-you Team Grace!

The aesthetic of the hotel , speaks volumes of the good taste in decor which continues to the food, service and overall experience. Centrally located, with a professional team and a stunning view. Grace Mykonos is a great option to rest your head after a beautiful night out in the scintillating island of Mykonos. Don't miss the breakfast experience by the pool and the lovely coffee in room

We loved our stay at Grace Mykonos. It was very pleasant and the service was extraordinary. The food and coffee was delicious every day. Matthew at the bar was very friendly and professional. Clean room and clean area. Close to bus station. Highly recommend. The only thing was the AC barely worked in our room.

Terrible Experience at Grace Mykonos – Avoid at All Costs!
I had high expectations for my stay at Grace Mykonos with my wife, but it turned into a frustrating experience. We booked a Superior Suite for two nights, specifically selecting this room for its walk-in shower, extra living space with a sofa, and views of the sea. The pictures on both the hotel's website and Expedia clearly showed these features. We booked through Expedia, where I’m a platinum member, and received a confirmation for the suite with one king bed and a twin sofa bed, as advertised.
What we got was a nightmare.
Upon arrival, we were placed in a completely different room. Instead of the open living space and walk-in shower we had paid for, we were given a cramped space divided into two sub-rooms: one with a king bed and another with two twin beds. This was far from the spacious, relaxing suite we expected. The bathroom? It was even worse—no walk-in shower, just a bathtub with a handheld shower that barely worked. Imagine paying for a luxury stay and ending up with a subpar room that didn't match the photos.
We immediately contacted the front desk, only to be met with resistance. The staff had the audacity to argue that the issue was because we booked through a third party. When we pointed out that both Expedia and their own website displayed identical photos of the room we expected, they shifted the blame, saying this room was also technically in the "Superior Suite" category. If that’s the case, why not show all potential room configurations in the photos? It’s misleading and frankly feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. After much back-and-forth, they finally agreed to change our room the next day.
But the damage was already done.
The first night was ruined as we stayed in a room far below the standard we paid for. To make things worse, our friends who had booked a Junior Suite had a much better room, complete with the walk-in shower we were denied.
The next day, after a cancellation, the hotel upgraded us to a room similar to the one we had originally booked but with the extra amenity of a plunge pool. A staff member admitted that the room we were given initially was a mistake. While we appreciated the gesture, this was not what we had initially asked for. We had requested the room we booked, not an upgrade with additional features. A staff member even admitted that the room we were given initially was a mistake.
We were given a slightly better room than what we had booked, with the only difference being the addition of a plunge pool. However, let me clarify: we did not ask for the plunge pool—we simply wanted the room we paid for. The plunge pool did not make up for the fact that our first night was spent in a room far below the standard we were promised.
After the trip, I reached out to Expedia for compensation for that first night. As a platinum member, I expected a much smoother resolution. But instead, I was passed around, having to explain the situation repeatedly because apparently, their team doesn’t keep proper notes. After a week of chasing, they finally told me the hotel refused any compensation, citing that we were "upgraded" the next day. Upgrade? We were given a slightly better room than what we had booked, but that doesn’t justify the poor experience of our first night.
To anyone considering Grace Mykonos, I strongly urge you to double-check every detail with the hotel directly before booking. Their photos are misleading, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Once you’ve booked, they treat you like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
I will never stay at Grace Mykonos again, and having been to Mykonos, I can confidently say there are far better properties to choose from. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere.

Amazing location and facility. Offer everything you need. Maria & John were very accommodating & went above and beyond to make reservations for us, arrange transportation & very informative. Very lovely people. We arrived really late because flight issues and John waited for us & was so patient with us.
