We had a wonderful time at Grand Blue. The location is excellent, with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The staff was polite and helpful. The food was very good, with a wide variety and flavors to suit all tastes. Breakfast was rich and fresh, and the meals at the restaurant were well-cooked and delicious. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Overall, an excellent hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! As the best man of my best friend’s wedding I organized a bachelor’s party with a trip to Greece and picked the Grand Blue beach hotel as our destination. At first I was a little hesitant because some of the bad reviews but they are completely unfounded and we had an amazing experience, great atmosphere, amazing facilities and the food was great as well. The rooms were perfectly clean every time we came back from going out and all of them with a great view over the pool or the sea. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and friendly people. Will be coming back as soon as I get another chance! 10/10 for me!

+The rooms are well-equipped and cleaned daily. +The upper floors, in particular, offer a beautiful sea view Unfortunately, there were several downsides. -The hotel is built on a hillside, which makes getting around quite tiring. Walking uphill with luggage or with children to reach the sea, pool, restaurant, or reception was exhausting. Although you can call reception to request a golf cart, the wait times were very long. During check-out, it took 25 minutes for one to arrive, and another time 35 min, Each time we turned back to room and called again, we were told “it’s on the way,” which meant you need to wait outside in the heat. -At check-in, instead of providing a printed information guide, the hotel requires you to download an app. However, when we placed orders according to the app, we were told the information was incorrect and that we had to pay extra — leading to unnecessary and frustrating disputes. -The hotel is designed for an all-inclusive experience but also offers half-board and bed-and-breakfast options. Unfortunately, there are no different wristbands to indicate your package. Instead, you must carry a meal card with you and show it every time a waiter asks. Being asked repeatedly at every meal, sometimes more than once, quickly became annoying for the whole family. - Rocky beach

A pleasant hotel built on a steep hill, but a long way short of being 5 star as advertised. Nice room, great views, but food and service poor. We were unable to change beach towels, always being told they had none and didn't know when. Hardly what you expect in a 5* hotel.

Nice hotel. Treble food. Just awful. The cook (definitely not a chef) should be fired immediately. Hotel is located on a steep hill. Rooms are very nice. View is lovely. Located near a nice port town with a lively Main Street.
